A flexible wiring board is provided having a wiring structure which can reduce transmission loss by reducing impedance mismatching even if being folded in a three-dimensional manner. In a flexible wiring board 10 having a characteristic impedance control circuit 20, the flexible wiring board has a planar projection shape of a folded spot 20A in the characteristic impedance control circuit after folding in an arc state along a tangent.

Plaque de connexion électrique comprenant, sur une face, des plots de connexion électrique en vue de connecter un composant semiconducteur et des pistes de connexion électrique reliées respectivement à ces plots, ces plots étant disposés selon une matrice carrée présentant deux directions orthogonales. La plaque comprend, sur sa face, une multiplicité de groupes identiques adjacents de connexion électrique (19), comprenant chacun N plots adjacents (20) et N pistes (23) placées selon cette direction en allant vers un bord de la matrice. Les plots d'un groupe sont décalés d'un pas par rapport aux plots du groupe adjacent. Assemblage comprenant ladite plaque et un composant semiconducteur, reliés entre eux par des billes de connexion électrique.

Senkrecht steckbares Single-in-line-Schaltungsmodul mit Träger (T) zum Tragen von einer Reihe von in der Trägerebene liegenden, längs einer Trägerkante (TM) single-in-line angebrachten Metallstiften (M) als äußeren elektrischen Anschlüssen, von einer oder mehreren ohmschen Widerstandsbahnen/Widerstandsflächen (H1/H2) in Dickschicht- und/oder Dünnschichtstechnik, wobei jeweils ein erster Sektor (H1) der Widerstandsbahn/Widerstandsfläche (H1/H2) näher an Metallstiften (M) der Trägerkante (TM) als der zweite Sektor (H2) dieser Widerstandsbahn/Widerstandsfläche (H1/H2) liegt, und von Leitungen (L) jeweils zwischen Metallstiften (M) und einer Widerstandsbahn/Widerstandsfläche (H1/H2), evtl. auch zwischen verschiedenen Widerstandsbahnen/Widerstandsflächen (H1/H2), z.B. für Speisewiderstände von Teilnehmeranschlußleitungen eines Vermittlungssystemes. Der nahe an Metallstiften (M) liegende erste Sektor (H1) ist so aufgebaut ist, daß er im Betrieb eine größere Verlustwärmeleistung pro Flächeneinheit, als z.B. pro mm², abgibt als der zweite Sektor (H2). Die Anschlüsse (LA) der Leitungen (L) an die Widerstandsbahn/Widerstandsfläche (H1/H2) sind jeweils so angebracht sind, daß der Strom im Betrieb vom ersten Sektor (H1) zum zweiten Sektor (H2) oder in entgegengesetzter Richtung fließt.

A device includes a printed circuit board substrate, an antenna connected to the printed circuit board substrate, an amplifier connected to the printed circuit board substrate, and a matching track having a first end electrically connected to an input of the amplifier and a second end electrically connected to an output of the antenna. The matching track has an outgrowth that is symmetrical along a median axis of the outgrowth. The matching track is rectilinear and has a constant width over an initial part extending between the widening area and the first end. A median axis of the initial part and the median axis of the outgrowth form an angle comprised between 60 and 120°.

A printed circuit board assembly includes a printed circuit board, a number of electronic components mounted thereon, and a number of conductive traces electrically connecting the components to form a number of transmission channels. Each of the channels has first and second transmission routes for transmitting differential signals. Each channel includes a common mode choke, a pair of capacitors, and an autotransformer. The common mode choke includes a first coil series connection with the first transmission route and a second coil series connection with the second transmission route. The capacitors include a first capacitor series connection with the first transmitting route and a second capacitor series connection with the second transmitting route.

A flexible conductive track arrangement has a pre-flexing condition in which the arrangement is generally planar. Conductive tracks are formed from a metal layer and they are covered above and below by insulator layers. The elongate conductive tracks are generally planar but locally corrugated perpendicularly to the general plane. This enables improved binding performance, for example to form tight windings using the conductive tracks.
