Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to simultaneously perform a warm-up function and a cooling function of working fluid according to temperature of the working fluid flowing in a driving state of a vehicle or in an initial vehicle starting condition. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises an air exhaust pipe(12), a case(20), first and second headers(30,40), a first connection member(50), a second connection member(60), an oil flowing unit(70), and one or more radiation units(80). The case forms a flowing space(22) and discharges cooling water to the flowing space. The oil flowing unit penetrates the case and draws transmission oil to the inside through an oil discharge port(78) and an oil inflow port(76) connected to an outer pipe(74). The radiation units are individually comprised between the air exhaust pipe and the oil flowing unit and between the case and the oil flowing unit. The radiation unit connects a plate(82) forming one or more penetration units(84) along a longitudinal direction and forms a connection pipe(88) of a screw shape including one or more connection fluid paths(86). The radiation unit controls temperature of the working fluid passing through the inside and the outside of the connection fluid path through mutual heat exchange of cooling water, transmission oil, and exhaust gas and mutually connects the first header and the second header.

CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(100) for a vehicle comprises a radiating unit(110) and a branch unit(120). A plurality of plates(112) is laminated in the radiating unit in order to form individualized different connecting paths and mutually exchange the heat by drawing individualized different working fluids, which passes through the connecting path in the radiating unit. The branch unit mutually connects one of the inlet holes(116a,116b) and one of the outlet holes(118a,118b). The branch unit is mounted outside of the radiating unit where the working fluid is not allowed to pass through the radiating unit and is bypassed according to the temperature of the working fluid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A condenser for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of components and simplify the layout of connection pipes through condense coolant by using the lamination type plate composed into one body with the receiver drier and overcools the condensed coolant through heat exchanging with the low temperature low pressure gas coolant supplied from an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A condenser for a vehicle comprises a main radiating unit(110), a receiver drier(130), and an overcooling radiating unit(140). The main radiating unit is composed through laminating a plurality of plates and circulates coolant by being connected with a radiator and condenses coolant. The receiver drier is connected to the main radiating unit and removes the humidity in the condensed coolant. The over cooling radiating unit is formed into one body in the lower portion of the main radiating unit and overcools the coolant passing through the receiver drier.
