Abstract:
In this application, a description is given of a passive component comprising two electric connections with a plug-in portion for securing and electrically connecting the component to a printed circuit board, for example an electrolytic capacitor. In accordance with the invention, this component is so constructed that both plug-in portions are provided with two pins, with the plug-in portions being so positioned that the four pins do not extend in a flat plane. By virtue of the measure in accordance with the invention, resoldering of such components can be dispensed with. The use of pins whose length and width are different enables the manual installation of the components in accordance with the invention in the correct position to be simplified.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for automatically mounting an electronic device having a plurality of leads on a printed circuit board, by inserting the leads into mount holes of the printed circuit board. Wherein a plurality of extension pins are connected straight to the leads to hold the leads of the electronic device, these extension pins are inserted into the mount holes, while the connection between the extension pins and the leads is maintained, then these extension pins are removed from an opposite side of the printed circuit board, thus guiding and inserting the tips of the leads into the mount holes.
Abstract:
An electrical connecting arrangement is provided between an electrical edge connector and a printed circuit board in which contact pads provided near the edge of the printed circuit board have a convex profile at least in the direction of insertion of the board into an opening in the edge connector. The depth of the connector opening and the distance of the contact pads from the board edge is such that during insertion of the board into the connector contact springs of the latter ride up and over the convex profile of the pads and come to rest beyond the centre line of the convex profile when the board is fully inserted.
Abstract:
A molded circuit board formed by molding a resin substrate (12) to one side of a circuit film (11) made by forming a desired circuit pattern (14) to an insulating film (13) in a manner to form an integral body. In the circuit film (11), there are provided soldering pad regions (15) for mounting surface-mounting parts in a surface of the circuit film (11) opposite the other surface in contact with resin substrate (12) and through-holes (16) at locations of the circuit film (11) where insert-mounting parts are mounted. In the resin substrate (12), holes (20) for receiving insert-mounting parts are formed in the molding process at the locations corresponding to the through-holes (16) of the circuit film (11).
Abstract:
The electronic device of the present invention is an electronic device configured by soldering a terminal member to a printed circuit board, the terminal member comprising a top surface into which a screw is threaded and a side surface at the end connected to the top surface, the side surface having convex parts fitted into through-holes in the printed circuit board; wherein the terminal member has at least two convex parts in the end edge on the printed circuit board side of the side surface, an electro conductive pattern is provided on the printed circuit board facing the end edge between the convex parts, solder is filled into a gap between the end edge and the electro conductive pattern, when the two convex parts are inserted into the through-holes provided to the electro conductive pattern, and electrical continuity is established between the end edge and the electro conductive pattern.
Abstract:
The invention relates to conductor plates (1) comprising at least one connection hook (2) or at least one connection recess (3) in order to produce a mechanical connection of at least two conductor plates and/or flat components. Said mechanical connection maintains an increased mechanical charge for example, oscillation and/or shock stresses, in order to fulfil the aim of the invention, and is particularly suitable for the use in robots. This is achieved by the specially formed connection hooks (2) in conjunction with the adapted connection recesses (3), through which the conductor plates are joined together after pushing the hooks through the recess by displacing the conductor plates against each other in order to form a stable positive fit connection.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coupling mechanism (100) for coupling a coil (130) wounded around a stator (150) of a motor assembly to a circuit pattern (111) of a printed circuit board (PCB) (110), includes a plurality of connecting pins (120) for electrically connecting the coil (130) to the circuit pattern (111) of the printed circuit board (110). The coil (130) is indirectly connected to the circuit pattern (111) through said one or more connecting pins (120). Further, the connecting pins (120) are fixed at the PCB (110) to be protruded outward.
Abstract:
An electrical connector having a metal plate which is mounted under the housing with hot riveting. Location pegs are made so that low mounting force is possible. A wafer which is black in color or has another contrasting color makes it possible for a video camera to record the true position of the terminals. The surface of the top side of the housing is suited for vacuum pick up.
