Abstract: 본 발명은 별도의 추가구성 없이 차량의 위치 정보를 근거로 운전자의 운행상태를 판정하고, 위험 상황이 감지되면 운전자에게 경고 메시지를 자동으로 출력하도록 된 차량 위치정보 기반 비정상 운전 판정 및 경보 시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 비정상 운전 판정 및 경보 시스템은 적어도 하나 이상의 센서를 포함하고 이를 통해 차량의 운행상황을 감지하는 감지수단과, 차량의 위치 기반 정보를 수신하는 위치정보 수신수단, 상기 감지수단에 의해 검출된 정보와 상기 위치정보 수신수단에 의해 수신된 위치 기반 정보를 근거로 현재 주행중인 도로에서 상기 감지수단이 출력할 수 있는 허용 범위를 산출하는 연산 통계부, 및 상기 연산 통계부에 의해 산출된 값을 근거로 상기 감지수단에 의해 검출된 값을 비교하여 차량의 비정상 운전 상태 여부를 판정하는 비정상 운전 판정부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 구성으로 된 본 발명에 의하면, 고비용의 복잡한 구성을 차량에 추가하지 않고도 차량의 위치정보를 근거로 운전상태를 간단하게 판정할 수 있게 됨으로써, 제조비용을 절감하면서도 신뢰성이 높은 효율적인 비정상 운전 판정 시스템을 제공할 수 있게 된다.-
