본발명은반건조냉동산채제조방법에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는산채를블랜칭, 삼투건조, 반건조및 냉동과정을통해산채고유의색을장기간유지할수 있고, 해동시에수분손실(drip loss)의발생이적기때문에산채의맛, 향, 영양소등을그대로보존할수 있는가공방법에관한것이다. 본발명의반건조냉동산채제조방법에의하면, 산채고유의색, 맛, 향, 영양소등을그대로보전하면서장기간의보관이나유통이가능할수 있어, 소비자는산채의생산시기에구애됨이없이사계절내내신선한산채를취식할수 있다. 또한본 발명의제조방법으로제조된반건조냉동산채는수분함량이낮아해동시간이짧아지는이점과해동후 별도처리없이조리에직접사용가능한장점이있다.

The present invention relates to a composition containing synurus deltoids for preventing retrogradation of a rice cake and to a method to produce a rice cake capable of preventing retrogradation of the rice cake using the composition containing synurus deltoids for preventing retrogradation of the rice cake. The present invention provides a composition containing synurus deltoids for preventing retrogradation of a rice cake. When producing a rice cake with the composition containing synurus deltoids for preventing retrogradation of a rice cake, retrogradation of the rice cake is prevented to prevent the rice cake from hardening or to delay the hardening of the rice cake to raise functionality of the rice cake. Moreover, the composition containing synurus deltoids for preventing retrogradation of the rice cake can include a plantago ovata rind powder besides synurus deltoids. The plantago ovata rind powder and synurus deltoids contain dietary fibers to prevent metabolic disease caused by western dietary lifestyle and to contribute to national health.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of synurus deltoides powder and a manufacturing method of rice cake comprising synurus deltoides powder manufactured by the same method.The synurus deltoides powder manufactured by the same method keeps original green color of synurus deltoides and has excellent properties than Joak-ee which is a material of conventional synurus deltoides rice cake. That is, Joak-ee used when preparing conventional synurus deltoides rice cake has irregular water contents so that it is hard to produce constant quality of products, mass-produce, and correspond to production of various kinds of rice cake products in manufacturing rice cake. However, by using the powder developed by the present invention, it is possible to solve such problems.

The present invention relates to a composition containing an Oenothera biennis extract for preventing and treating coccidiosis. The composition of the present invention for preventing and treating cocciciosis containing the Oenothera biennis extract reduces mortality rate of livestock caused by coccidium without toxicity, thereby developing livestock industry and having industrial applicability by reducing the use of antibiotics for producing high quality livestock.

PURPOSE: A composition for improving constipation is provided to contain dietary fiber separated from Synurus deltoids and a diluting agent which is acceptable for cytological purposes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving constipation comprises 0.1-99.9 weight% of Synurus deltoides dietary fiber and 0.1-99.9 weight% of a diluting agent. The composition for improving constipation comprises 1-99 weight% of Synurus deltoides dietary fiber, 0.5-5 weight% of a functional component, and 0.5-98.5 weight% of a diluting agent. A diluting agent is acceptable for use in cytological purposes. The diluting agent is acceptable for use in pharmaceutical purposes. The functional component is a dosage form of powder or liquid and is selected from Noni and juniper nut. The Synurus deltoides dietary fiber is separated from a Synurus deltoides leaf or a Synurus deltoides stem.

PURPOSE: A removal method of the pericarp from paprika using hydrogen peroxide is provided to use paprika as an ingredient for cooking bread, cookie, rice cake, and cake. CONSTITUTION: A removal method of the pericarp from paprika using hydrogen peroxide comprises the following: blenching the paprika for 2-5 minutes using the hydrogen peroxide; dipping the blenched paprika in a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 120-240 seconds, and removing the pericarp from the paprika using flowing water; dipping the paprika without the pericarp into purified water for 30-60 minutes, and washing; cutting the paprika, and firstly confecting the paprika using fructose, sugar, glucose, rice taffy group, sugar syrup, dextrin, or gosaccharide; and secondly confecting the paprika before drying using sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, mantitol, rhamnitol, inositol, erythritol, palatinose, or quercitol.

Provided is a method for preparing corn using a retort technique, and thus the corn is storable at 15‹C or below for a long time, saves a storage cost, and is improved in marketability. The method for preparing corn using a retort technique comprises the steps of: hulling corn and steaming the corn in a double boiler at 100-110‹C for 30-40 minutes; cooling the steamed corn, removes excessive water from the cooled corn, and vacuum-packing the corn with a retort pouch; and sterilizing the corn contained in the retort pouch at 120-130‹C for 5-15 minutes.
