Abstract:
본 발명에서는 레이더(20)가 추적하는 다수의 제1,2,3 타겟(100-1,100-2,100-3)에 대한 영상을 공중에서 촬영하는 영상획득 장치(10), 영상획득 장치(10)에서 촬영한 감시영상을 이용해 레이더(20)의 위치 이동 추적 성능이 판단되는 원격모니터(30)로 위치추정 시스템이 구성되고, 공중에서 획득한 영상을 기반으로 레이더(20)가 추적하는 표적을 자동으로 검출하고, 검출된 표적의 위치를 주변 참고점을 이용하여 추정하고 위치를 계산하며, 이동하는 표적의 궤적을 분석함으로써 기동하는 표적의 위치가 효과적으로 추출될 수 있고, 특히 이러한 과정에서 다른 센서의 추적 결과와 비교가 수행됨으로써 레이더(20)의 추적 성능에 대한 평가 및 분석 수행이 정확하게 이루어지는 특징을 갖는다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reference image reconstruction method for correlation video tracking, through which tracking can be stably and accurately performed by removing clutter and noise from a stored reference image, and promptly renewing target information if a target is rotated such that the shape of the target is changed. The method includes the steps of matching templates extracted from a basic reference image and an input image; renewing a reconstruction reference image with an input template produced through the addition of target images extracted from the input image according to the maximum element value of a correlation matrix produced through matching of the templates; and comparing the renewed reconstruction reference image with a basic reference image at a predetermined time point to select a reference image excellently reflecting the current target shape as a basic reference image.

Provide is a defective battery detection system including: multiple unit batteries which are adjacently arranged to each other to form a battery set and are electrically connected to each other to supply power to electronic devices; and a detection device which is at least partially attached to the outer circumference of the battery set to form a closed circuit and generates thermoelectric power from the inside of the closed circuit to detect defective unit batteries when the temperature of at least one unit battery is abnormally high and results in a temperature difference between the unit battery and an adjacent battery.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A concealed obstacle detection apparatus which utilizes a stereo camera and ultra-wideband radar and a method thereof are provided to detect a concealed obstacle and classifies properties of the obstacle using image based stereo camera information and intensity information of the ultra-wideband radar. CONSTITUTION: Ultra-wideband radar receives reflection intensity information of an obstacle in a front side. A radar signal processor creates an intensity based obstacle map. A stereo camera receives altitude information from the obstacle of the front side. A stereo signal processor creates an altitude based obstacle map. An obstacle classification processor detects and classifies obstacles. The obstacle classification processor transmits an obstacle classification detection result to an autonomic operation process system.
