본발명은재조합인플루엔자 A 바이러스, 이의제조방법및 이를포함하는 clade 2.3.4.4B에속하는 H5 혈청형인플루엔자 A 바이러스에대한백신조성물을제공한다. 본발명은고병원성조류인플루엔자바이러스에방어효과를나타내는유전자재조합백신을제조함으로써, 해외로부터유입되거나국내에서발생하는 H5 혈청형고병원성조류인플루엔자발생에대비한방어효과를통해질병방제에기여할수 있다. 또한, 상기백신조성물은 HA 분절부위의고병원성유전자가제거되어병원성이약하고안전성이우수할뿐만아니라, 종란(egg) 내증식성및 닭에서의방어능이우수하다.

본발명은구제역바이러스입자판별방법에관한것이다. 본발명의구제역바이러스입자판별방법은종래의완전입자(146S)만을판별할수 있는수크로즈밀도구배방식과비교하여, 완전입자(146S) 및분해입자(12S)를모두판별할수 있고, 상대적분포를비교할수 있어, 구제역백신생산공정단계에서완전입자(146S) 및분해입자(12S)를정확하게판별할수 있어, 관련산업에유용하게이용할수 있다.

본 발명은 돼지써코바이러스 2형(PCV2) 야외 분리주의 캡시드 단백질을 코딩하고, 서열번호 1로 이루어지는 ORF2 유전자를 코돈 최적화한 ORF2 재조합 유전자, 상기 ORF2 재조합 유전자를 포함하는 전달 벡터, 전달 벡터로 형질도입된 재조합 배큘로바이러스, 재조합 배큘로바이러스에 의해 발현된 돼지써코바이러스 2형(PCV2) 재조합 캡시드 단백질 및 상기 재조합 캡시드 단백질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 돼지 세균성 호흡기 질병을 유발하는 원인체를 검출 및/또는 감별하기 위한 프라이머 세트, 이를 포함하는 조성물 및 상기 조성물을 이용하여 돼지 세균성 호흡기 질병의 원인체를 검출할 수 있는 돼지 세균성 호흡기 질병 원인체 검출방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 검출방법을 이용하여 4종의 돼지 세균성 호흡기 질병 원인체( A. pleuropneumoniae , A. suis , H. parasuis , S. suis )를 선택적 및/또는 동시에 검출 및/또는 감별 할 수 있다.

The present invention comprises antibodies which are obtained by vaccinating the antigen of a pig epidemic diarrhea disease, the antigen of pig epidemic gastroenteritis, the antigen of a pig rotaviral infection, the antigen of a pig circovirus infection, the antigen of pig colibacillosis, and the antigen of pig salmonellosis to a milk cow. The present invention relates to an antibody composition for treating or preventing wasting diseases of a pig such as the pig epidemic diarrhea disease, pig epidemic gastroenteritis, pig rotaviral infection, pig circovirus infection, pig colibacillosis, and pig salmonellosis. The antibody composition according to the present invention is a high incidence antibody composition which treats and/or prevents the wasting diseases of pigs which cause death and growth delays.

A bacteriolysis extract of Saccharomyces chevalieri is provided to increase the activation of neutrophil and enhance non-specific defense activity against the pathogenic bacteria. An immune enhancer, vaccine adjuvant, adjuvant treating agent or feed additive comprises bacteriolysis extract of Saccharomyces chevalieri as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing a bacteriolysis extract of Saccharomyces chevalieri comprises: a step of culturing Saccharomyces chevalieri in media at 26°C for 72 hours; a step of centrifuging media and suspending in PBS; a step of adding dissolution agent and treating at room temperature for 2-3 days; a step of confirming the dissolution status with a microscope; a step of adjusting pH concentration to 6.5-7.2; and a step of drying and maintaining in a refrigerator.

A method for manufacturing the Zygosaccharomyces bailii lysate comprises: a step of culturing the Zygosaccharomyces bailii in the media at 26‹C for 72 hours; a step of centrifuging the cultured media and suspending in phosphate buffered saline (PBS); a step of adding dissolution agent and stirring at room temperature for two to three days; a step of adjusting pH concentration to 6.5-7.2; and a step of drying and maintaining in a thermostatic chamber.

Provided is an immunostimulant using dandelion extract which improves a function of a nonspecific defense against pathogen and increases activity of animal immunocytes such as neutrophil and macrophages. An immunostimulant using dandelion extract comprises dandelion extract obtained by a hot water process as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the immunostimulant comprises a steps of extracting the dandelion extract at a temperature of 90~100°C by hot distilled water. The dandelion extract can be used independently or with additives which are generally used.
