PURPOSE: A food composition with the anti-allergenic property, containing a fermented scutellaria material is provided to reduce allergic reactions of users by offering the large amount of anti-allergic agents. CONSTITUTION: A food composition with the anti-allergenic property includes reaction products, dried powder of the reaction products, fermentation liquid, or dried powder of the fermentation liquid, obtained by enzyme reacting scutellaria after inserting a crushing solution of lactobacillus producing beta-glucuronidase.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A Lactobacillus particle which is double-coated with chitosan and poly-gamma-glutamic acid for enhancing viability of Lactobacillus is provided to improve stability and to prolong valid term of Lactobacillus product. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus particle contains Lactobacillus; and chitosan-coated layer and poly-gamma-glutamic acid-coated layer. The weight ratio of the chitosan and poly-gamma-glutamic acid is 3:1~300:1. A composition as probiotics or antibiotics contains the Lactobacillus particle.

본 발명은 단시간 내 고효율로 줄기세포를 망막세포로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 (a) 줄기세포 유래 망막기원세포 (retinal progenitor cell)를 IGF1R (insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor) 작용제, BMP (bone morphogenetic protein) 신호전달 억제제, FGF (fibroblast growth factor) 신호전달 작용제 및 Wnt 신호전달 작용제를 포함하는 배지에서 배양하여 신경 망막기원세포 (neural retinal progenitor cell)로 분화시키는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 수득된 신경 망막기원세포를 IGF1R 작용제, Wnt 신호전달 작용제 및 Shh (sonic hedgehog) 신호전달 작용제를 포함하는 배지에서 배양하여 광수용체세포 전구체 (photoreceptor cell precursor)로 분화시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 수득된 광수용체세포 전구체를 IGF1R 작용제, Wnt 신호전달 작용제, Shh 신호전달 작용제 및 RA (retinoic acid)를 포함하는 배지에서 배양하여 광수용체세포 (photoreceptor cell)를 포함하는 망막세포로 분화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 줄기세포를 망막세포로 분화시키는 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 분화된 신경 망막기원세포, 광수용체세포 전구체, 광수용체세포, 광수용체세포 이외의 기타 망막세포, 상기 세포들을 포함하는 망막 변성 질환의 치료용 조성물 및 상기 치료용 조성물에 의한 망막 변성 질환의 치료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 분화방법은 태생기의 세포 분화과정과 유사한 과정을 재현함으로써 단기간 동안 줄기세포로부터 풍부한 수의 광수용체세포를 생성할 수 있으며, 분화된 광수용체세포는 변성 또는 손상 망막에 이식 시, 망막 내에서 효과적인 생착 및 융합을 유도함으로써 망막 변성을 방지 또는 회복할 수 있는 능력을 지니고 있어 세포치료에 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An integrin alpha-V-beta 3 binding lipid derivative which selectively recognizes cells expressing integrin is provided to enhance drug delivery efficiency to various cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: An integrin alpha-V-beta 3 binding lipid derivative has a structure of chemical formula 1 or 2. A composition for preparing integrin alpha-V-beta 3-recognizing lipid nanoparticle contains the integrin alpha-V-beta 3 binding lipid derivative. The composition additionally contains positive charge lipid, neutral lipid or negative charge lipid. The lipid nanoparticle is formulated in liposome, micelle, emulsion or solid lipid nanoparticle. A pharmaceutical composition contains the alpha-V-beta 3-recognizing lipid nanoparticle and drug.

PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing CH_2CN group-introduced N-(3-cyanopropyl)sulfonamide derivatives is provided to ensure high reactivity and to easily convert into hydrophilic amine group. CONSTITUTION: A N-(3-cyanopropyl)benzothiazolesulfonamide which is used in synthesizing medical products, amino acids, and diamine derivatives has a structural formula 1. A N-(3-cyanopropyl)sulfonamide derivative is synthesized by reacting CMBP((Cyanomethylene)tri-n-butylphosphorane) with OH functional group of aminoethanol of structural formula 2. The synthesis is performed under the presence of benzene or toluene.
