    Abstract: A fragment having -300 base pairs was obtained from a plasmid, PILM 7, cut by XbaI and PvuII. On the other hand, a fragment having - 4,500 base pairs was obtained from aplasmid, pNK2, treated with XbaI and PvuII. Both of the fragments were ligated and inserted into a proper strain to get pNKM 21. pNKM 21 was inserted into M 5248 strain to get KCTC 8258 P strain followed by culturing it to give a interleukin-2 contg. serine at 125-position instead of cystein.

    Abstract: The plasmids pHT2 8505P (I) and pHT21 8506P (II) for human lipocortin-1 (III) are prepared by (1) isolating gene of (III) from plasmid pLCI-S KCTC 84189 (KR Appl. 89-223), (2) and adding trc promoter for IPTG inducing. (III) which inhibit for phospholipase A2 to prostaglandin and arachidonic acid formation is useful for anti-inflammatory and rheumatoid fever treatment.
