본발명은식재료안전지수모니터링장치, 그방법및 그방법을실행시키기위한프로그램을기록한컴퓨터로읽을수 있는기록매체에관한것으로, 본발명에따른식재료안전지수모니터링장치은식재료에관한지역별재배환경및 기상에관한정보를수집하는데이터수집부; 및상기재배환경및 기상에관한정보와식중독발생간의상관관계에관한안전진단모델에기초하여식재료안전지수를산출하는안전지수산출부를포함한다.이에의해식재료의식중독위험성을증가시킬것으로예상되는식재료의지역별재배환경에관한정보를식재료안전지수산출의기초자료로활용함으로써보다정확한식재료안전지수를산출할수 있다. 또한, 식재료안전지수를시각화함으로써, 직관적으로식재료안전에관한데이터를쉽게알 수있게해 준다.

Abstract:
A method for producing aerosol sanitizer is provided to inhibit environmental pollution caused by chemical carriers such as gas or light oil by using only ultrasonic wave, and improve sanitizing effects by reducing the particle size of aerosol through increase of UV vibrator output, so that the aerosol sanitizer is applicable to food or food manufacturing facilities. An aerosol sanitizer is produced by dissolving the sanitizer in water or organic solvent, and vibrating the soluble sanitizer with 1.6MHz or more of ultrasonic wave produced by an ultrasonic transducer device in humidifier or aerosol-producing device, wherein the aerosol sanitizer has the particle size of 10 micron or less, and is selected from iodine-based sanitizer, quaternary ammonium-based sanitizer, peroxide-based sanitizer, chlorine dioxide-based sanitizer, ethanol-based sanitizer and gentamycin-based antibiotics.
Abstract:
The diluent for analysis of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is provided to reduce growth inhibition of Vibrio parahaemolyticus when they are plated on TCBS(trichlorobenzenes) agar medium as a selection medium by regulating the salty and pH of the diluents, so that the accurate cell number of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is counted. The diluent for analysis of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is manufactured by regulating the salty and pH of crude diluent and sterilizing the regulated diluent in an autoclave at 121 deg.C for 10-20 minutes, wherein the salty of diluent is 2.5-3.5% and pH of diluent is 6.0-7.0, the crude diluent is physiological saline or phosphate buffer solution, the salty is regulated by NaCl, KCl, CaCl2 or MgCl2 and pH is regulated by an organic acid selected from hydrochloric acid, acetic acid and lactic acid.
