Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for attracting and repelling a house dust mite containing mite feed, insecticides, mite attractants and carriers and a mite repelling device are provided. Therefore, the composition and device have excellent effects on attracting, repelling and killing the house dust mite and basically prevents the pollution of allergen caused by the mite in room air. CONSTITUTION: The composition for attracting and repelling a house dust mite contains 0.2g mite feed, 0.5g insecticide, 0.1g or less mite attractants and 1.0g carrier. The mite feed contains 30% by weight of protein, 2% by weigh of fat, 8% by weight of ash, 8% by weight of moisture and 3% by weight of others. The insecticide is KCl, CaCl2, CoCl2 or a mixture thereof. The attractant is flavorings such as basil, bergamot and geranium or a mixture thereof. The mite repelling device is made of a loop fabric(10) formed by a loop(11) and a habitat(20) for the mite.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are kimchi having an increased mannitol productivity and its manufacturing method. Particularly, its mannitol productivity can be increased by adding natural foods, such as celery, radish, mushroom or sea tangle which facilitate the production of mannitol to improve kimchi flavor.
