Abstract:
본 발명은 시료 내 파네졸(farnesol)을 추출하기 위한 폴리디메틸실록세인(PDMS) 및 C18로 층상 코팅된 교반 막대 흡착 추출(stir bar sorptive extraction)용 교반 막대, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 이용해 시료 내 파네졸을 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시료 내 파네졸(farnesol)을 고효율로 추출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 더욱이 상기 교반 막대를 나선형으로 비틀어 제작하면 추출하는 동안 코팅제의 소실을 줄여 추출의 민감도를 높일 수 있고, 교반 막대를 반복적으로 사용할 수 있어 경제적이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for attracting and repelling a house dust mite containing mite feed, insecticides, mite attractants and carriers and a mite repelling device are provided. Therefore, the composition and device have excellent effects on attracting, repelling and killing the house dust mite and basically prevents the pollution of allergen caused by the mite in room air. CONSTITUTION: The composition for attracting and repelling a house dust mite contains 0.2g mite feed, 0.5g insecticide, 0.1g or less mite attractants and 1.0g carrier. The mite feed contains 30% by weight of protein, 2% by weigh of fat, 8% by weight of ash, 8% by weight of moisture and 3% by weight of others. The insecticide is KCl, CaCl2, CoCl2 or a mixture thereof. The attractant is flavorings such as basil, bergamot and geranium or a mixture thereof. The mite repelling device is made of a loop fabric(10) formed by a loop(11) and a habitat(20) for the mite.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stirring bar for absorptive extraction coated with polydimethylsiloxane and C 18 for extracting farnesol from samples, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for extracting farnesol from samples using the same. According to the present invention, farnesol can be extracted in a high yield, sensitivity of extraction is increased by reducing the loss of a coating agent during extraction by manufacturing the stirring bar in a spiral form, and the stirring bar can be repetitively used, thereby improving economic efficiency.

PURPOSE: A producing method of garlic oil containing ajoene using animal nature lipid is provided to use the animal nature lipid, especially milk fat to obtain the garlic oil. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of garlic oil containing ajoene comprises the following steps: preparing a garlic material containing allicin selected from garlic puree, garlic juice, dried garlic powder, or a garlic extract; mixing 100 parts of garlic material by weight with 40-400 parts of milk fat by weight; and heating the mixture for reacting.
