PURPOSE: A probe for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning, and a DNA chip containing the same are provided to quickly and accurately detect Clostridium perfringens. CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning, Clostridium perfringens, contains one or more among sequence lists 13-50. A DNA chip for detecting Clostridium perfringens contains the probe. The DNA chip quickly and accurately detects Clostridium perfringens. Clostridium perfringens is prepared from ATCC(American Type Culture Collection).

A detection method of Listeria monocytogenes as sitotoxism bacteria by using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and enzyme-linked immune reaction is provided to rapidly and accurately detect the Listeria monocytogenes in the field of manufacture, keeping, circulation and sale of foodstuff. The detection method of Listeria monocytogenes by using the polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immune reaction comprise the steps of: performing PCR with the PCR primer which selectively detects the hly gene encoding the listeriolysin as the pathogenic factor(virulence factor) of the Listeria monocytogenes; hybridizing the PCR product with the probe which specifically binds to the PCR product; and applying the hybridized PCR product to ELISA(enzyme-linked immune reaction).

PURPOSE: A method for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning of fruit juice through real time PCR is provided to simply and quickly detect bacteria in fruit juice. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning of fruit juice comprises: a step of performing lysis of fruit juice through ultrasonic wave to prepare sample; a step of adding chelating resin to the sample then centrifuging; a step of purifying the sample through gel filtration column to prepare DNA template; a step of performing realtime PCR with prepared DNA template. The gel filtration column is sephadex column.

SG-007 strain is isolated from digestive organ of insect(ant, centipede, bee, moth, dragonfly, cicada, cricket, fly, earwig) and animal(spider, earthworm).

A gene(DNA) which encodes lipid lysis enzyme is derived from Micrococcus alkanovora SL-010(deposite number: KCTC 18130P).
