Abstract: 본 발명은 차량의 수밀 경사시험용 경사로딩 대차에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 수밀시험을 위해 차량의 앞/뒤나 좌/우를 경사지게 하는 경우 신속하고 간단히 경사세팅을 이룰 수 있도록 하여 시험시간을 줄이고, 시험에 행해지는 불필요한 사전작업이나 인원을 감축할 수 있도록 하는 차량의 수밀경사 시험용 경사로딩 대차에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 틀 체의 본체프레임; 상기 본체프레임의 내부 상하측면에 양측단이 고정되게 설치되는 가이드봉; 상기 본체프레임의 내측에 설치되되 상기 가이드봉의 안내에 의해 상/하 이동가능하게 설치되고, 차량의 바퀴 외주연에 근접되는 한 쌍의 리프트봉이 상호 이격되게 설치된 승하강부재; 및 상기 본체프레임에 설치되어 상기 승하강부재를 이동시키는 작동부재;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: A loop welding jig device of vehicles is provided to be manufactured to have the light weight by comprising a side clamping unit, a loop pressurized adsorption unit and a position decision unit at the same time. A loop welding jig device of vehicles comprises: a right and left side jig frame(1) in which a fixing hole is formed in both end part; a post frame(5) comprising a guide rail at the upper part of inside to the longitudinal direction; a jig frame fixing unit(10) fixing the jig frame through both end part fixing hole of the jig frame; a plurality of side clamping units(20) clamping with a clamper relative to the operation of each clamping cylinder along the top end portion of a side panel; a position decision unit(30) determining the location of a roof panel to the side panel; and a loop pressurizing adsorption unit having a vacuum cup inside to absorb the roof panel and to pressurize with the operation of each pressurizing cylinder.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving test system for a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to analyze the diagnostic information through a control server, thereby evaluating the existence of the malfunction of the vehicle with quantitative and objective data. CONSTITUTION: A driving test system for a vehicle includes an electronic control unit (ECU) (100), a smart module (200), a repeater (200), a server (400), a scanner (500), a display (600), and a database (700). The ECU controls an engine in a vehicle driving test and detects a basic variable and a decision variable according to the control of the engine. The smart module determines a vehicle model by reading a VIN ID inputted into the ECU and reads the basic and decision variables from the ECU. The smart module determines the driving test by analyzing the basic and decision variables according to inspection items and determination conditions and stores the result of the determination in a memory. The repeater transmits the communication between the smart module and the server. The server installed in a control center controls the overall operation of the driving test and manages an ROM ID according to a production plan. The scanner installed at a finish spot of a driving test course scans a barcode of the vehicle which enters after completing the driving test course, thereby notifying the information of the vehicle to the server. The display displays the result of the determination due to the driving test and a test present condition by a fixed form. The test results provided by the smart module are stored in the database, thereby being managed for being applied to a producing process and a repairing process of the vehicle.
