Abstract: 본발명은, 오리피스부에의해내부가윗쪽의상측액실과아랫쪽의하측액실로구획되고, 내부의압력변화에따라봉입된하이드로액이상기오리피스부에형성된유로를통하여상측액실과하측액실을유동하는하이드로엔진마운트에있어서, 상기유로는, 제1출입구를통해상측액실과개통되고제2출입구를통해하측액실과개통되는제1트랙;과제3출입구를통해제1트랙과개통되고제4출입구를통해하측액실과개통되는제2트랙; 및상기제3출입구에장착된멤브레인;을포함하고, 상기멤브레인은제3출입구를차폐하되, 유로로유입되는하이드로액의유량이기준값이상으로증가하면개방되는것을특징으로한다. 상기와같은구성의본 발명은 10Hz 이하의극저주파성분을갖는진동이발생하여하이드로액의유동량이증대되면상측액실과하측액실사이의유동경로가증대되어충격성진동을더욱효율적으로감쇠시킬수 있으며, 이에따라차량의승차감을더욱향상시킬수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An introducing structure for a control arm of a suspension is provided to reduce vibration of the suspension from a road by reinforcing support rigidity between the suspension and a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: An upper control arm(UC) is equipped to an upper portion of a shock absorber. One end of the upper control arm is combined to a combining end(5) of a vehicle body. The combining end of the vehicle body is protruded from the vehicle body. A bush(2) is formed integrally with a combining end(1) of the upper control arm. The bush is inserted to an opening of the combining end of the vehicle. Therein, the bush is combined to the opening with a fixing shaft(4). Thereby, support rigidity between the suspension and the vehicle body is reinforced and a support portion is increased by supporting the upper control arm and the combining end of the vehicle body in two points.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ride comfort monitoring device of a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to monitor data collected from an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) data for measuring ride comfort collected from various kinds of sensors mounted on a driving vehicle, thereby enhancing the ride comfort of the vehicle with the data in which an actual driving environment is reflected. CONSTITUTION: A ride comfort monitoring device of a vehicle comprises an ECU interlocking member(10), a vibration measuring member(20), a noise measuring member(30), a navigation interlocking member(40), a controlling member(50), and a displaying member(60). The ECU interlocking member collects driving type data. The vibration measuring member measures the vibration of a vehicle and the noise measuring member measures noise in the inside of the vehicle. The navigation interlocking member obtains driving route information on an electronic map of the vehicle. The controlling member displays vibration data obtained by the vibration measuring member and noise data obtained by the noise measuring member on the displaying member based on the driving route information obtained by the navigation interlocking member. The displaying member displays the driving type data, the vibration data, and the noise data with graphs, gauges, and figures based on the driving route information by the control of the controlling member. Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine mount for a vehicle is provided to effectively prevent the vibration occurred in an engine from being transferred to a vehicle body by improving a vibration isolation function. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount for a vehicle comprises a nozzle top plate(5), a nozzle(13), a central hole(15), a blocking wall part(17), and gap forming bodies(19). The nozzle top plate has an upper nozzle hole connected to an upper liquid chamber(1). The nozzle is adhered to the bottom of the nozzle top plate and forms an arc-shaped nozzle passage(7). The nozzle has a lower nozzle hole connected to a lower liquid chamber(9). The central hole is formed in the center of the nozzle top plate to be connected to the upper liquid chamber. The blocking wall part is formed in the nozzle in order to prevent the central hole from being connected to the lower liquid chamber. The gap forming bodies are inserted between the nozzle top plate and the nozzle in order to form a gap for connecting the central hole and the nozzle passage.
