Abstract: The present invention relates to a fixing device for cables of a transmitter, which is inserted into a bracket of a vehicle and which is penetrated into cables connecting the transmitter and a lever. The fixing device comprises: a first socket which has a flange at the front end, a guide pin behind the flange, and a bracket where the part between the flange and guide pin is inserted; a stopper which is combined to the rear side of the first socket and which has a guide slot where the guide pin is inserted; and a second socket which is combined to the rear side of the stopper and which has an elastic part for pressuring the stopper to the flange side. Abstract: A transmission including a shift plate; an engaging plate; and an elastic member is introduced.
