Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for controlling oil temperature is provided to prevent a problem about circulation and volume of oil caused by deterioration of oil temperature at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A second controller(26) at the end of an oil circuit controls the temperature of oil. Herein, the second controller is interlocked with a temperature controller of a freezing system connected to a three-way valve(24), a first controller(23), and a first heat exchanger(21). In case of heating fluid or oil, a solenoid valve(27) installed at a first oil line is opened while closing a solenoid valve(28) installed at a second oil line(12). In case of controlling temperature, opening degree of the three-way valve, and opening and closing of the solenoid valves are controlled. Therefore, a separate circulating circuit is installed for controlling temperature of engine oil by heat exchange between operating fluid and the engine oil.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber gasket pitting measuring system is provided to measure dynamic pitting for measuring a pitting change of a joined surface in response to the environmental conditions by obtaining a resistance value of a strain gauge which changes continuously by the reaction force with respect to environmental force change factors applied to the rubber gasket, and carry out the measurement continuously for various rubber gaskets. CONSTITUTION: A rubber gasket pitting measuring system includes a sensor element(20) having a sealed cylinder type case(21) of a predetermined volume for containing nitrogen gas inside, a thin plate part(22) for closing an upper part of the case, and a diaphragm type strain gauge(23), wherein a rubber gasket(27) to measure is mounted on the sensor element, the strain gauge is connected via a wire ring(24) to a display(26) and an amplifier(25) for finally outputting a change of a resistance value of the strain gauge attached to a thin film part(22) of the sensor element according to the deformation of the thin film part as a change factor of an external force is applied from a jig(28) to the rubber gasket.
