    Abstract: PURPOSE: An active controlling suspension system is provided to remove an actuator by using natural driving source, thereby driving control of the actuator does not need. CONSTITUTION: An active controlling suspension system comprises a lower arm(5), an assist link(7), two-stage connection link(9), and a rack pinion driving unit(10). The lower arm connects a knuckle(1) and a sub-frame(3). One end of the assist link is connected to the knuckle. One end of the two-stage connection link is connected to the one end of the lower arm. The rack pinion driving unit is formed in one side of the sub-frame through a rail housing in a state where a pinion between two rack sliders(RS1,RS2) corresponding to rack parts(R1,R2) is engaged with each rack part. One end of the two-stage connection link is connected to one of rack sliders. The other rack slider is connected to one end of the assist link.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An active geometry control suspension which includes an actuator of active geometry control suspension is provided to determine the location of a drive lever by sensing the location of a position detection pin. CONSTITUTION: An active geometry control suspension comprises an assist link, a slider(120), a drive lever(140), a driving part(150), a position detection pin(160) and an elastic member. The assist link has one side which is connected to the wheel. The slider is connected to the other side of the assist link. One end of the drive lever is fixed with the slider. The driving part moves the drive lever so that the slider moves the fixed section. The drive lever is arranged in parallel with the position detection pin. One end of the position detection pin adheres closely to the outer side of the slider. The sensor is arranged in the inner side of the driving part and senses the location of the position detection pin.

An oil variable groove(31) is prepared between the vein installation units of the external periphery of the rotor. A moving plate(33) which is supported by a leaf spring with high elasticity(32) is installed in the oil variable groove.

    Abstract: An AFS-MDPS(Active Front Steering-Motor Driven Power Steering) integrating actuator system is provided to lower steering gear ratio at high speed by driving a plurality of helical gears and magnetic clutches according to vehicle speed. An AFS-MDPS(Active Front Steering-Motor Driven Power Steering) integrating actuator system comprises a steering shaft(10), a plurality of helical gears(21~24), a number of magnetic clutches(31~34), a variable lined helical gear(40), and an integrating motor(50). The helical gears and the magnetic clutches make a pair on the steering shaft. The variable lined helical gear is in contact with each helical gear. The integrating motor drives the variable lined helical gear. The AFS-MDPS integrating actuator system reduces operation of a steering wheel, allows a driver to operate the steering wheel less, when parking or driving a vehicle, and obtains a steering gear ratio suitable to high speed. The AFS-MDPS integrating actuator system changes the steering gear ratio according to vehicle speed.

    Abstract: An actuator for an AGCS(Active geometry control suspension) of a vehicle is provided to damp axial load with a damping unit and to absorb axis-vertical load with a shock absorbing unit. An actuator for an AGCS(Active geometry control suspension) of a vehicle comprises a piston(114), a screw bar(120), a motor(122), a damping unit, and a shock absorbing unit. The piston reciprocates. The screw bar is attached to a rear end of the piston and rotates in place. The motor rotates the screw. The damping unit and the shock absorbing unit are installed between the screw bar and the motor to damp axial load and axis-vertical load. The damping unit includes a disk thrust(10), a pair of thrust bearings(12), and a pair of plate thrust bearings(14). The disk thrust is placed on the rear end peripheral surface of the screw bar, which is a joint point to the motor. The thrust bearings are installed two sides of the disk thrust. The plate thrust bearing installed close to the outer surface of each thrust bearing. The shock absorbing unit is a bush-oilless metal body(16), which is installed close to the outer surface of one thrust bearing among two.
