    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil cooling hose of an automatic transmission is provided to compose of materials of a lower price and to have the same property of the material of a higher price. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooling hose forming inner and outer faces composed of chlorinated polyethylene resin, and a middle layer is reinforcing thread layer composed of polyimide 66. The chlorinated polyethylene resin is formed by inserting MgO of 3-7wet, SRF(Semi-reinforcing Furnace) of 30-55wet, and TOTM(Thiuramoxidetetramethyl) of 30-40 wet to chlorinated polyethylene of 100wet. The chlorinated polyethylene resin forms the inner and outer faces, and the middle layer is the reinforcing thread layer with the polyimide 66. Thickness of the inner and outer faces and the middle layer is 1.0-1.3, 0.2-0.3, and 2.0-2.3. The chlorinated polyethylene resin substitutes ethylene acrylic elastomer composing the inner and outer faces. Thereby, the oil cooling hose reduces materials cost by using the chlorinated polyethylene resin.

    Abstract: A non-contact RF MEMS(Radio Frequency MicroElectroMechanical System) switch is provided to remarkably improve credibility of the switch, and advance commercialization of the switch by solving stiction problem as well as micro welding problem. A non-contact RF MEMS(Radio Frequency MicroElectroMechanical System) system switch comprises a substrate, a signal line, a ground, a signal line comb part, a drive unit and a comb unit of the drive unit. The substrate is laminated on an upper surface with silicon(13). The signal line is formed on the substrate. The ground is formed to be spaced from the signal line. The signal line comb part is formed on both side of the signal line in ground direction, and forms a plurality of protrusions on an end so as to have equal distance. The drive unit is formed on the substrate to be opposite to each other, and driven in horizontal direction. The comb unit of the drive unit is integrally formed with the drive unit so as to be opposite to the signal line comb part by predetermined distance.
