Abstract: PURPOSE: A muffler structure of a vehicle using a wire valve is provided to variably suck exhaust gas according to pressure because a wire is stretched into a coil shape according to the pressure of exhaust gas sucked into the muffler. CONSTITUTION: A muffler structure of a vehicle comprises a muffler housing(10), baffle plates(20), a suction pipe(30), an exhaust pipe, and a wire valve(40). The baffle plates divide the inside of the muffler housing. The suction pipe is supported with the baffle plates and delivers the exhaust gas from an engine to the muffler housing. The exhaust pipe is supported with the baffle plates and discharges the exhaust gas from the muffler housing. The wire valve variably controls the opening degree according to the pressure of the exhaust gas discharged from the suction pipe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust pipe structure for a vehicle is provided to improve the torque and fuel efficiency of an engine in low and middle speed ranges by reducing exhaust interference. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust pipe structure for a vehicle comprises left and right exhaust pipes(20,30) and a junction part(40). The left and right exhaust pipes are respectively connected to left and right manifolds(10b,10a). The left side exhaust pipe is extended to the rear of the engine. The right exhaust pipe comprises a straight part(31) formed toward the front of the engine and a bent part(32) which is arranged in parallel to a right exhaust plate. The end of the bent part of the right exhaust pipe and the end of the left exhaust pipe are connected and joined in the junction part. The junction part is connected to a catalytic converter. The bent part of the right exhaust pipe and the left exhaust pipe contact each other on the exterior surface, where the surface contact parts of the right and left exhaust pipes are in the shape of semi-circular pipes facing each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for discharging condensate from a muffler is provided to prevent the corrosion of a muffler and extend the lifespan of the muffler since an engine and the muffler are cooled and thus condensate in the muffler is smoothly discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging condensate from a muffler comprises a case(100), a through hole and a control valve(200). A through hole is formed on the bottom of the case. The control valve is installed on the through hole to be able to selectively open and close the through hole during the movement and stop of a vehicle. By deleting a bypass valve and integrating a heat exchange function and a bypass channel opening/closing function to the heat exchanger, a manufacturing process is simplified and cost of production and weight are reduced.
