Abstract: The present invention relates to an air intake hose and a method for manufacturing an air intake hose capable of increasing durability by having an engine contacting part made of an excellent heat resistant material among configurations of an air intake hose and also improving fuel efficiency by reducing weight of a vehicle. A fuzzy control valve(10) is installed at a predetermined portion of the second hose(9). External air is introduced into the canister(1) through a vacuum hose(11). A filter(12) is installed at an end of the vacuum hose(11). A check valve(13) is formed at a predetermined portion of the vacuum hose(11) so as to prevent fuel evaporating gas from being discharged to an atmosphere.
