    Abstract: 커튼에어백의 쿠션(1)에 마련된 쿠션 탭(10)을 차체에 고정하기 위한 커튼에어백 마운팅 기구가 소개된다. 쿠션 탭(10)은 이의 일면에 결합된 안티 로테이션 클립(20)과 이들을 관통하는 볼트를 이용하여 차체(30)에 고정된다. 안티 로테이션 클립(20)은 복수개의 레그부(23)에 의해 쿠션 탭(10)에 고정된다. 안티 로테이션 클립(20)의 후크부(24)는, 볼트 체결 전 쿠션 탭(10)을 차체(30)에 가거치시켜 마운팅 작업을 편리하게 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 아울러 볼트 체결 과정에 쿠션 탭(10)이 볼트로부터의 회전토크에 의해 회전되지 않도록 한다.

CONSTITUTION: A wire-contact type airbag module comprises a cushion, a cover(500), and a wire(W). The cushion is connected to an inflator in which a connector is equipped. The cover surrounds the cushion with the inflator, and a penetration hole(520) is formed on a side unit. One end of the wire is connected to the connector of the inflator, and is surrounded by the cover. The other end of the wire is assembled to penetrate through the penetration hole, and is adhered to the side unit of the cover.
