Abstract: 커먼 레일 디젤 엔진의 소음 저감방법이 개시된다. 개시된 커먼 레일 디젤 엔진의 소음 저감방법은, (a) 커먼 레일 디젤 엔진의 소음 수준을 측정하는 단계와; (b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 측정한 소음 수준이 다른 부분에 비하여 전체에 걸쳐 소음 수준에 영향을 주는 주파수 밴드의 소음 수준을 계산하는 단계와; (c) 상기 단계 (a)와 (b)에서 측정 및 계산한 소음을 압력으로 계산하는 단계와; (d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 계산한 압력값을 비례미적분 제어기에 입력하는 단계와; (e) 상기 압력값이 기준값 이상인지 판단하는 단계와; (f) 상기 단계 (e)의 조건을 만족하는 경우, 파이로트 인젝션 타이밍을 퇴각시키는 단계와; (g) 상기 파이로트 인젝션 타이밍의 제한값을 정하는 단계와; (h) 상기 제한값이 최저 및 최대값 내에 들어가는지 판단하는 단계와; (i) 상기 단계 (h)에서의 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 제한값을 파이로트 인젝션 타이밍으로 사용하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 부분 부하에서 엔진의 연소 소음을 최적화하여 엔진의 소음을 줄일 수 있고, 엔진 소음 저감으로 인하여 차량의 정숙한 운전이 가능한 이점이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas recirculation amount control method according to the combustion pressure of an internal combustion engine is provided to improve the quality of an engine by controlling the recirculation amount of exhaust gas until noise and vibration are optimized. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas recirculation amount control method according to the combustion pressure of an internal combustion engine comprises following steps. The inner combustion pressure of a cylinder mounted inside internal combustion engine is detected(S100). Maximum gradient is calculated on a crank angle. The standard deviation of the maximum gradient is computed(S120). When the standard deviation is smaller than the set standard value the steps are repetitively performed(S130). When the standard deviation is higher than the set standard value, the recirculation amount of the exhaust gas is reduced(S140).
