    Abstract: PURPOSE: To perform a uniform adsorption of carbon dioxide gas from an entire surface of an inner box and improve a thermal insulating performance by a method wherein a thermal insulating box is formed of an inner box having a plurality of layers composed of an inner layer made of plastic material and an outer layer made of non-adhesive plastic material containing adsorbing powder for use in adsorbing carbon dioxide gas. CONSTITUTION: An inner box 6 is comprised of an inner layer 7 made of polypropylene and an outer layer and a non-adhesive outer layer 9 containing adsorbing powder 8 for adsorbing carbon dioxide gas and having foaming thermal insulating material. Foaming thermal insulating material 4 is filled between the inner box 6 and an outer box 3 to form a thermal insulating box 1. With such an arrangement, the adsorbing material powder 8 contained in the outer layer 9 causes carbon dioxide gas in the air bubbles of the foaming thermal insulating material 4 to pass through the non- adhesive surface of the outer layer 9 and then carbon dioxide gas is uniformly adsorbed from the cells in the foamed thermal insulating material 4. With such an arrangement as above, since the carbon dioxide gas can be uniformly adsorbed from the entire surface of the inner box 6, it is possible to improve a thermally insulating performance of the thermal insulation box 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a door surface of good quality by forming an urethane heat insulating material from a particular composition and forming the door surface from a graft copolymer of a particular composition, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of a particular composition and an aromatic vinyl compound, and a mixture of a resin compound of a particular composition and polymethyl metacrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulating material is formed by polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent such as HCFC 132 and the like, and an isocyanate component such as an organic isocyanate of polymeric MDI. A door surface of a resin is formed by a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a mixture of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight in the presence of conjugate diene based synthetic rubber, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight, and a resin composite of 30-70 percent by weight coated with the copolymer and mixed with poly n-butylacrylate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of 70-30 percent by weight.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To acquire a strong chemical attaching property, and prevent cracks, etc., from happening by a method wherein a urethane insulating material for which a specified flon is used as a foaming agent is integrally expanded in a box-shaped space formed by a door front made of a resin, and a specified coating is applied on the surface of the door front with which the insulating material comes into contact. CONSTITUTION:The title heat insulating door 2 is constituted by integrally expanding a urethane insulating material 4 for which flon 123 or flon 141b is used as a foaming agent in a box-shaped space being formed by a door front 3 made of a resin. Also, an acryl or urethane coating 9 is applied on the surface of the door front 3, which comes into contact with the urethane insulating material 4. For the acryl or urethane coating 9, a double liquid reacting type is used, and this type is hard to swell by the flon 123 or flon 141b, which is a foaming agent, and is provided so as to work as a barrier. By this method, the door front 3 made of a resin does not receive a strong chemical attack, and the molecular chain of the resin is prevented from being broken, and cracks are prevented from being made.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and protect the core material from the attack by the foaming agent in the heat insulating material by extruding a resin having acrylonitrile as its primary constituent to either one side or both sides of the core material of styrene resin, and vacuum-molding the same such that the resin layer comprising acrylonitrile faces the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The inner casing 4 is manufactured by vacuum-molding a sheet having styrene resin 6 as its core material and a resin layer 7, 7' on both sides of it which is thinner than the resin 6 and comprises acrylonitrile as the primary constituent. By this constitution, because most of the part is formed by the less expensive styrene resin 6, and the surface which is exposed to the heat insulating material 5 and its foaming agent is coated with the resin layer 7, 7' having acrylonitrile as its primary constituent, the heat insulated cabinet can be manufactured at less cost with a better quality.
