SOLUTION: A first gasket 14 continuously mounted on three sides of the door 10 levies extended parts 18a, 18b near corners, and a straight second gasket 21 is mounted on a side face of the door 10, and mounted while lapped to the extended parts 18a, 18b, to provide the gaskets and the door capable of keeping the air-tightness with a simple sealing structure.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid discoloring due to light and heat, suppress the growth of miscellaneous bacteria and keep the freshness of vegetables by involving a vegetable storage with a Cu-based bactericide-contg. resin lid covering its top face. SOLUTION: This vegetable chamber 1 of a refrigerator is composed of a polypropylene-made vegetable storage 2 and polystyrene lid 3 which is closely contacted to the top face of the vegetable storage 2. A Cu-based bactericide 4 is contained by e.g. 1 wt.% kneading in the lid 3. As the lid 3 of the involved vegetable storage 3 in the vegetable chamber of the refrigerator contains the Cu-based bactericide 4, the growth of miscellaneous bacteria can be suppressed, without discoloring by light and heat.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a door surface of good quality by forming an urethane heat insulating material from a particular composition and forming the door surface from a graft copolymer of a particular composition, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of a particular composition and an aromatic vinyl compound, and a mixture of a resin compound of a particular composition and polymethyl metacrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulating material is formed by polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent such as HCFC 132 and the like, and an isocyanate component such as an organic isocyanate of polymeric MDI. A door surface of a resin is formed by a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a mixture of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight in the presence of conjugate diene based synthetic rubber, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight, and a resin composite of 30-70 percent by weight coated with the copolymer and mixed with poly n-butylacrylate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of 70-30 percent by weight.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulation door which is stuck to a heat insulator by using HCFC, not discolored by heat and in which no crack occurs for the HCFC by using a specific copolymer mixture for a cap door. CONSTITUTION:A cap door is formed of resin composition containing predetermined graft copolymer (CP), n-propylacrylate, n-butylacrylate and sec- butylacrylate coated with CP containing 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl. The predetermined graft CP is obtained by polymerizing monomer mixture of 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic resin. Urethane heat insulator uses HCFC 123 (1.1-dichloro 2.2.2-fluoroethane) or HCFC 141b (1.1-dichloro-1- fluoroethane) is as foaming agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the heat insulating door, having a specific urethane heat insulating material integrally foamed in a heat insulating space, firmly bonding to a cap door without causing the discoloration by heat in injection molding and causing crazes, etc., and useful as a refrigerator, etc. CONSTITUTION:This heat insulating door is composed of (A) a cap door made of a resin and (C) a urethane heat insulating material integrally formed in a heat insulating space formed with (B) a door made of a metal and the component (C) is composed of a polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, HCFC123 or 141b and a mixture thereof as a foaming agent and an organic isocyanate containing polymeric MDI or its prepolymer and TDI-80, crude TDI and a prepolymerized substance thereof as the remainder as an isocyanate component. The component (A) is a composition prepared by mixing a graft copolymer of (i) 30-50wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and (ii) 50-70wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with a copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) and a polyn-butyl acrylate coated with the copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) in the presence of a conjugated diene-based rubber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a bad external appearance from being formed owing to an anti-fungus agent by blending an anti-fungus agent having a particle diameter less than a specific value in resin made in-refrigerator parts in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fungus agent 2 is blended in ABS resin 1. The anti- fungus agent 2 carries an anti-fungus component 4 using silica gel 3 as a base material. A particle diamenter of the base material of the anti-fungus agent 2 is made smaller than 20μm whereby even if the base material absorbs water, the degree of expansion of the base material is small. Further, the base material is prevented from being expanded by covering the anti-fungus agent 2 with hydrophobic resin and hence reducing water absorption in the base material.j Even if the resin is expanded owing to the water absorption of the base material of the anti-fungus agent 2, the expansion is returned to the original size if water disappears.
