PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-temperature crystal oscillator whose height dimension is reduced and heat transmission efficiency is made excellent. SOLUTION: In the constant-temperature crystal oscillator, a crystal vibrator 1 is disposed on one main surface of a circuit board, a chip resistor as a heating element is disposed facing the main surface of the crystal vibrator 1 on the other main surface of the circuit board, the crystal vibrator 1 is heated by the chip resistor and the operation temperature of the crystal vibrator 1 is kept constant. A metal film 12 for heating, which faces the main surface of the crystal vibrator 1, is provided on one main surface of the circuit board, a heat conduction material 8 is interposed between the main surface of the crystal vibrator 1 and the metal film 12 for heating to thermally couple them, and the metal film 12 for heating is thermally coupled with the electrode terminal of the chip resistor by a plurality of electrode through-holes 14. SOLUTION: This coil unit 22 includes: a flat coil 30; a wiring printed board 40 including a flat coil storage section 40a for storing the flat coil 30 therein; a protective sheet 50 arranged on a transmission surface side of the flat coil 30 for protecting the flat coil 30; and a magnetic sheet 60 arranged on a non-transmission surface side of the flat coil 30. The flat coil 30 is stored in the flat coil storage section 40a, and is electrically connected to the wiring printed board 40. SOLUTION: The surface-mount type electronic component 1 comprises: a dielectric element body 12; electrodes 14, 16; extraction conductors 18, 20; and lead terminals 26, 28. The dielectric element body 12 has main surfaces 12a, 12b, and sides 12c-12f. The electrode 14 is formed on the main surface 12a, and the electrode 16 is formed on the main surface 12b, and the electrodes 14, 16 oppose each other. A first part 18a in the extraction conductor 18 is arranged on the side 12d. A first part 20a in the extraction conductor 20 is arranged on the side 12c. A first part 26a in a lead wire 26 is connected to a first part 18a in the extraction conductor 18. The connection plate is located on a first surface of the protection circuit module facing the connection tab and faces the combination groove.

본 발명의 과제는 리드판의 두께분만큼 전지 전체 높이를 크게 하여 고용량화되어도 회로 기판과의 납땜 강도가 향상된 코인형 전지를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 코인형 전지(10)는 캐소드 단자를 겸하는 제1 외장 캔(11)의 개구부가 절연 가스켓(15)을 통해 애노드 단자를 겸하는 제2 외장 캔(12)에 의해 기밀하게 밀봉되어 있는 동시에, 양 외장 캔(11, 12)의 한쪽의 외면에는 리드판(19)이 용접되어 있다. 리드판(19)이 용접되어 있지 않은 외장 캔(12)의 바닥부 외표면에는 볼록부(13)와, 이 볼록부(13) 사이에 형성된 오목부(13a)에 의해, 원형의 바닥부 외표면 전체에 격자형으로 요철면이 형성되어 있고, 바닥부 내표면에는 볼록부(14)와, 이 볼록부(14) 사이에 형성된 오목부(14a)에 의해 원형의 바닥부 내표면 전체에 격자형으로 요철면이 형성되어 있다. 이에 의해, 용융된 땜납의 유출을 방지할 수 있어, 회로 기판과의 접합 강도를 향상시키는 것이 가능해진다. 코인형 전지, 회로 기판, 절연 가스켓, 외장 캔, 리드판, 리튬 2차 전지
Abstract:
A coin type battery is provided to improve soldering strength with a circuit substrate even when the overall height of the battery is increased by the thickness of a lead plate to enhance the battery capacity. A coin type battery(10) has a first external can(11) serving as a cathode terminal, of which an opening is airtightly sealed by a second external can(12) serving as an anode terminal through an insulating gasket(15). A lead plate(19) is welded onto a bottom outer surface of one external can of the both external cans. The lead plate and the other external can are mounted on a circuit substrate by a reflow soldering method. An unevenness is formed on the bottom outer surface of the external can without the lead plate, wherein the unevenness comprises many convex parts(13) and concave parts(13a) formed between the convex parts.

반도체 패키지의 실장 높이를 축소하고, 부품의 소형화, 실장 면적, 체적의 삭감을 도모한다. 일변(본 실시예에서는 우단)의 대략 일렬로 복수의 전극(4)를 가지는 반도체 소자(3)을, 구부리기 가능한 플렉시블 배선기판(9) 상에 탑재하여, 패키지의 일변에만 배열된 외부 접속용 개구(9b)에 외부 접속용의 도전성 부재인 땜납 볼(13)을 부착한다. 이와 같이 구성된 반도체 패키지(8)은, 플렉시블 배선 기판(9)를 구부리는 것으로, 실장용 기판(7)에 대하여 수평 또는 경사진 상태로 접속할 수 있다. 또, 복수개의 반도체 패키지(8) 사이에 방열기구(15)를 끼어, 기대여 쓰러 뜨려 포갤 수 있고, 이 경우도 실장 높이h를 낮게 억제하는 것이 가능하다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery pack including a connection tab and a protection circuit board having a structure capable of decreasing the volume of a protection circuit module.SOLUTION: A secondary battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of unit cells; a connection tab electrically connected to positive electrode terminals or negative electrode terminals of the unit cells and including a projection; a connection plate electrically connected to the connection tab and including a through hole receiving the projection; and a protection circuit module electrically connected to the connection plate and having a connection groove formed therein. The connection plate is provided to be located on a first surface of the protection circuit module facing the connection tab so as to face the connection groove.
