Abstract:
PURPOSE: An omnibeary-distance facility and method using a forward direction mirror and difference image integral algorithm are provided to secure resistance to ambient illumination noises by reinforcing structured light pixels. CONSTITUTION: An omnibeary-distance facility comprises an irradiation part(110), a measuring part(130) and an analysis part(150). An irradiation part emits laser beam in a forward direction. The measuring part comprises a convex surface type mirror(131) and a camera(133). A background image is gotten repetitively from the convex surface type mirror by using camera. The analysis part calculates the object distance between the object and the camera.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A wheelchair variable bed and a modification method thereof are provided to use the bed as a wheelchair by changing the bed into the wheelchair. CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair variable bed comprises: a bed frame(110); a mattress(150) which is spread on the bed frame and is changed into a chair shape by being folded in multi-stages; a chair frame(130) which is equipped with wheels and is attached to the bed frame; a deformation unit(170) which changes the mattress spread on the bed frame into a chair shape; a power unit offering power to the wheel; a plurality of pressure sensors sensing the movement of a user on the mattress; and a deformation control part controlling the operation of the deformation unit according to the movement of the user.

코일 포장지의 접기공정을 자동화 하도록 한 코일 포장지 접기장치가 개시된다. 코일 포장지 접기장치는 코일을 지지하며, 상기 코일의 포장지가 상기 코일에 감기도록 상기 코일을 회전시키는 코일지지부;상기 코일의 측방에 배치되어 상기 코일에 감기는 상기 포장지를 잡는 제1 그립유닛;상기 포장지를 잡은 상기 제1 그립유닛을 상기 코일이 회전되는 방향으로 전진시키고, 상기 포장지를 잡은 상기 제1 그립유닛을 후진시키는 제1 그립이송기;상기 제1 그립유닛에 잡히고 상기 제1 그립이송기에 의해 전진되는 상기 포장지의 후편을 잡는 제2 그립유닛;및 상기 포장지를 잡은 상기 제2 그립유닛을 상기 코일이 회전되는 방향으로 전진시키며, 상기 제1 그립이송기에 의해 상기 제1 그립유닛이 후진됨에 따라 상기 포장지가 서로 중첩되어 상기 포장지가 접히도록 하는 제2 그립이송기;를 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An anticorrosive paper feeding device for coil packing is provided to easily execute the packing process by contacting an anticorrosive paper on both sides of a coil after forming a radial folding line in an anticorrosive paper. CONSTITUTION: An anticorrosive paper frame(120) is arranged on a support frame(110). An anticorrosive paper bobbin(20a) is loaded on the anticorrosive paper frame. An anticorrosive paper processing unit(140) horizontally moves coming and going between the support frame and the anticorrosive paper frame. The anticorrosive paper processing unit cuts the anticorrosive paper for packing of a coil by taking out the anticorrosive paper wound on the anticorrosive paper bobbin. The anticorrosive paper processing unit forms a folding line for radial folding. The anticorrosive paper feeding unit supplies the anticorrosive paper to the coil by folding the anticorrosive paper to be corresponded to the width of the coil.

본 발명은 로봇 핸드의 엄지 구조에 관한 것으로, 다수개의 손가락부와 함께 손바닥을 형성하는 엄지부; 및 상기 엄지부의 상기 손바닥을 향한 면이 상기 손바닥을 향하도록 유지시키며, 상기 엄지부를 상기 손바닥 측으로 회동시키는 엄지 링크부;를 구비함으로써, 비교적 간단한 구조와 적은 동력 출력으로 엄지부의 동작을 구현하여, 인간의 엄지 손가락과 같이 섬세하고 세밀한 동작이 가능한 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A coil packing Robot reducing packing time and a system using the same are provided to make a packing process simple by automating the process. CONSTITUTION: An outside anti-tarnish paper feed port(120) supplies an outside anti-tarnish paper wound in a bobbin mounted at the rear end of a coil transfer unit(110). An outside anti-tarnish paper winding unit(130) reels up the paper coming from the feed port when a coil is moved up with the coil transfer unit. Coil packing robots(200,200') is adhered to the outer circumference of the paper. A coil discharging unit(140) discharges the coil after being radiating folded with the coil packing robot.

본 발명은 접기장치 및 이를 이용한 코일 포장용 방청지 권취장치에 관한 것으로, 코일을 이송하는 이송부와, 상기 코일의 외주면에 권취되는 방청지를 공급하고, 공급되는 상기 방청지의 양측면에 위치하여 상기 방청지의 양측면에 방사접기를 위한 접기선들 순차적으로 형성하는 접기부와, 상기 이송부에 의해 이송되는 상기 코일을 승강시키고, 승강된 상기 코일의 외주면에 상기 접기부에서 공급되는 상기 방청지를 권취하는 권취부를 구비하여 코일의 포장과정시 방청지의 접기패턴을 형성함으로써 코일의 포장시 보다 쉽게 코일의 포장공정을 진행 할 수 있으며, 코일의 포장공정 시간을 단축 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A steel sheet rewinding device is provided to prevent damage to a steel sheet as a sleeve of an elastic material is joined to a mandrel and the steel sheet is absorbed to the sleeve by a vacuum absorbing force. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet rewinding device (100) includes a mandrel (110), a sleeve (140), a plurality of segments (130), a plurality of exhaust pipes (162), a vacuum pump (163), a valve, and a valve control unit. The sleeve is formed of an elastic material and arranged on the outer diameter of the mandrel. The segments are arranged between the mandrel and the sleeve and dispersed in all directions so that the external diameter is enlarged or reduced. The exhaust pipes are branched to be penetrated through the segments and opened toward the outer side of the segment. The vacuum chamber is connected to the exhaust pipes, and the exhaust pipes are opened and closed by valves respectively.
