The present invention provides a Bifidobacterium longum CGB-C11 (deposition number KCTC 11979BP) strain, which is a strain producing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). The strain of the present invention has excellent CLA production capacity, and strong resistance to acid including gastric acid and bile and an antibiotic. A composition containing the strain is formed into a capsule containing the strain and CLA and coated with a coating material formed of a dairy product, powder, and water soluble polysaccharide, and can be applied to food, drink, animal feed, functional food, and medicines.

PURPOSE: A strain producing conjugated linoleic acid isolated from first milk is provided to ensure excellent conjugated linoleic acid producing ability without resistance to vancomycin antibiotic. CONSTITUTION: An Enterococcus faecalis strain produces conjugated linoleic acid. The deposit number of the strain is Enterococcus faecalis JBMI Ca009(deposit number KACC 91590P). The strain is isolated from human first milk and has one or more characteristic of acid resistance, bile acid resistance, and thermal resistance. A microorganism agent for producing the conjugated linoleic acid contains the Enterococcus faecalis or culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient. A functional food contains the strain or culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient.

A composition containing AROS(active regulator of sirt1) proteins or genes thereof is provided to treat or prevent diabetes, obesity, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases or aging-related diseases by regulating SIRT1 activity. A composition for regulating SIRT1 activity comprises AROS(ACTIVE REGULATOR OF SIRT1) proteins or genes coding the AROS proteins as active ingredients. The composition for regulating SIRT1 activity includes AROS protein antibody, AROS SiRNA, AROS antisense DNA or cell strain containing the DNA thereof. The AROS proteins or the genes coding the AROS proteins are administered to mammal to prevent and treat diabetes, obesity, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases or aging-related diseases.

A method for preparing a lactobacillus-unsaturated fatty acid microcapsulated-krill powder comprises the steps of mixing carbohydrate, protein, gum thickener and water to prepare a microcoating material; mixing an emulsifier and a hardened oil, heating them, and adding a lactobacillus and an unsaturated fatty acid to it to homogenize them, thereby preparing an encapsulating material; mixing the microcoating material and the encapsulating material in the presence of an emulsifier; spraying the obtained one into cooling water to prepare microcapsules; and mixing the microcapsules by using a krill powder as a stabilizer to obtain a powder.

A Noble Geobacillus thermodenitrificans CBG-Al strain is provided to be able to stably produce D-tagatose at high temperature of 70 more than deg.C. And a method for producing tagatose is provided to be able to economically and significantly increase the tagatose production amount by using environment-friendly and relatively cheap substrate. The Geobacillus thermodenitrificans CBG-Al strain has more than 2.8 unit/mg of thermostable L-arabinose isomerase activity at a temperature of 70 deg.C and is deposited as a deposition number of KCTC 10399BP. The thermostable arabinose isomerase enzyme is produced by the Geobacillus thermodenitrificans CBG-Al strain and has a molecular weight of 56kDa, an isoelectric point of 5.3, an optimum enzymatic reaction pH of 8.0 and maximum thermostability at 60 deg.C. To produce tagatose from galactose, the Geobacillus thermodenitrificans CBG-Al strain is used.

The alcohol extract is selected from PE1, PE2, PE3, PE4, Sub PE-A, Sub PE-B, Sub PE-C, Sub PE-D, Sub PE-E, Sub PE-F, Sub PE-G, Sub PE-H, Sub PE-D1, Sub PE-D2, and Sub PE-D3.
