PURPOSE: A non-destructive analysis method is provided to effectively analyze ingredient consisting of fatty acid of a grain. CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive analysis method for a fatty acid composition of a single granule comprises: a step of randomly selecting a plurality of prediction model development group and prediction model evaluation group; a step of measuring near infrared absorption spectrum of two groups; a step of randomly selecting grain granule sample among the prediction model development groups and measuring near infrared ray absorption spectrum; a step of pulverizing the granule sample and performing chemical analysis of fatty acid ingredients; and a step of applying primary and secondary derivatives to the absorption spectrum.

본 발명은 단순구조로 각 부품들을 견고하게 고정시킴과 아울러 종자와 비료가 적정 간격으로 균일하게 파종되도록 그 구조가 개선된 파종장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 콤바인의 상부에 장착되며 종자와 비료가 수용되는 탱크와, 탱크에 저장된 종자와 비료를 흡입, 송출시키는 송풍수단과, 탱크와 송풍수단을 콤바인의 상부에 고정시키는 고정수단과, 송풍수단으로부터 송출되는 종자와 비료를 지면에 인접한 위치로 이송하기 위한 방출구가 형성된 이송수단과, 이송수단의 후단부를 상기 콤바인의 후하단에 고정시키는 지지수단과, 이송수단의 방출구를 통해 방출되는 종자와 비료를 지면에 균일하게 분산시키도록 통기공이 형성된 유도판을 갖는 유도유니트를 구비하여 된 것이다. 이에 의하면, 본 발명은 송풍수단의 송풍력을 이송수단에 균일하게 배분하여 적정량의 종자와 비료가 균일하게 방출되도록 함과 아울러, 탱크와 송풍수단을 콤바인의 상부면에 견고하게 결합시켜 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 이점을 갖는다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bean composition containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the bean composition is produced in which linoleic acid is converted into CLA by adding microorganisms in a bean pulverized material so that the utilization of beans is maximized. Accordingly, the domestic production rate of beans is increased. CLA components are contained in biological activity functions of microorganisms which are beneficial for the human body so as to enhance efficiency in weight loss, cholesterol decrease, hyperlipidemia alleviation, and atherosclerosis alleviation. Accordingly, the bean composition can be utilized as functional food and a medical product.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing soybean meat with improved palatability and antioxidant activity. More specifically, provided are soybean meat from which bean smell is removed and which has improved palatability and antioxidant activity and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating alpha-glucosidase related diseases contains a compound of chemical formulas 1-3 as an active ingredient. The diseases are diabetic disease or obesity. The composition additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. A food composition for preventing or treating the diseases contains the compound of chemical formula 1-3 as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of extracting Vigna nakashimae with low carbon number alcohol of C1-C4, water, or a mixture solvent thereof; a step of fractioning the extract with ethanol, chloroform, methanol, or water; and a step of performing the fraction by column chromatography.
