PURPOSE: A piezoelectric polymer element is provided to improve a vibration response property of a piezoelectric polymer by using graphene or a graphene complex. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric polymer(110) is made of PVDF and P(VDF-TrFE). A first electrode(120a,120b) and a second electrode(130a,130b) are successively laminated on a single side or both sides of the piezoelectric polymer. The first electrode includes graphene or a graphene complex. The second electrode supplements the electrical conductivity of the first electrode. The second electrode is a transparent electrode or an opaque electrode.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ceramic powder having a perovskite structure and ceramic powder having the perovskite structure manufactured by the same are provided to enhance crystallinity and to have small average particle diameter. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic powder having a perovskite structure comprises the following steps: forming seed crystal by consecutively mixing an element compound at site A and an element compound at site B with supercritical water in the perovskite structure of ABO3; and growing the seed crystalline by mixing as a batch type. The seed crystalline formation step is processed for 5 seconds-10 minutes. The seed crystalline formation step is processed at 300-500 deg. Celsius under the pressure of 50-300. The average particle diameter of the seed crystalline is 3-20 nano meters, and the crystallization axial ratio is 1.001-1.004. The grain growth step is processed at 150-300 deg. Celsius for 2-100 hours. The average particle diameter of the ceramic powder is 50-150 nano-meters and the crystallization axial ratio is 1.005-1.010.

A first internal electrode and a second internal electrode are laminated to be faced with a plurality of dielectric layers. The particle diameter of the ceramic powder is between 50 micrometer and 130 micrometer. The ceramic powder includes BaTiO3 powder. The dielectric layer includes one or more MN oxide, Y oxide, Dy oxide, Mg oxide, and Xi oxide.
