The present invention relates to a composition comprising an Arisaema amurense extract as an active ingredient for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases or Th2-mediated immune diseases. According to the present invention, the Arisaema amurense extract has activities for inhibiting allergen passing through intestinal epithelial cells and degranulation of mast cells, inducing differentiation to Treg cells, and stabilizing Treg cells; thereby preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases or Th2-mediated immune diseases.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising Nardostachys jatamanse extract as an active ingredient for preventing, alleviating, or treating a Th1-mediated immune disease or a Th2-mediated immune disease. According to the present invention, the Nardostachys jatamanse extract has IL-4 inhibition, degranulation inhibition of mast cells, and differentiation to Treg cells inducing activities, thereby capable of preventing, alleviating, or treating the Th1-mediated immune disease or the Th2-mediated immune disease.

A method of extracting the ginsenoside compound from ginseng comprises the steps of extracting the ginseng with alcohol to obtain a ginseng extract; adding water to the ginseng extract and fractionating n- hexane, ethyl acetate, chloroform, and n-butanol; and performing column chromatography with the fraction of an n-butanol layer.

The present invention relate to a method to reduce allergenicity of rice by treating protease selected from a group composed of alkalase, alkaline protease, and a combination thereof on grains. According to the present invention, by treating alkalase or alkaline protease; allergenicity of grains, especially rice, can be reduced up to 10^3. Accordingly, the present invention can significantly contribute to the prevention of allergic diseases by food causing food-allergies; especially by rice.

The present invention relates to a method for reducing allergenicity by treating the grains at 90-130°C of heat. The present invention provides a method to efficiently reduce allergenicity of the grains; especially for rice using heat-treatment. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce allergenicity of grains, especially rice up to 10^5 times and the content of protein maintains more than 50% of the grains before allergenicity reduction thereby providing grains where the nutrients are not depleted. PURPOSE: A composition containing Ganoderma resinaceum KFRI-M101(KFCC 11429P) is provided to increase AMPK activity, to lower blood glucose, and prevent and treat diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A Ganoderma resinaceum KFRI-M101(KFCC 11429P) is used for metabolism of ginsenoside ingredient. A composition for preventing and treating contains ginseng fermentation which is obtained by fermenting ginseng with Ganoderma resinaceum KFRI-M101(KFCC 11429P) at 20°C-30°C and 40-80% of moisture for 2-8 weeks. The composition also contains ginseng extract as an active ingredient, which is obtained by isolating the ginseng fermentation with water, ethanol, or mixture thereof at 90-110°C for 2-4 hours. 본 발명은 산란계 (닭)에 이용되는 칼슘공급제와 영양공급제 (탄수화물, 아연공급제, 히스티딘,구연산,비타민 C 및 비타민 D3)를 각각 혹은 비율별로 혼합하여 장용피복제를 피복한 후, 제조된 본원 발명품을 산란용 닭 사료에 통상 사용되는 칼슘공급제와 50%를 본원 발명품으로 대체하여 만든 배합사료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명품을 산란계에 급여하면, 난각형성을 위한 혈액내 칼슘농도를 일정하게 높은수준으로 유지하여 주고, 관련 효소인 carbonic anhydrase 활력을 중진시키므로서, 난각의 질 특히 난각두께 및 파열강도가 향상되어 계란의 생산에서 부터 유통과정을 거쳐 소비자에게 전달될 때까지 파란율을 감소시킬 수 있는 사료첨가제 조성물을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
