Abstract: a filter body in which a space having predetermined size and depth is formed to open the upper side thereof; a plurality of inductive conductor assembling bars installed by a predetermined interval with the space of the filter body, for defining a resonant frequency and a magnetic coupling; a plurality of capacitive members each installed on the upper side of the inductive conductor assembling bars, for adjusting the resonant frequency and the magnetic coupling; input/output connectors each provided on the both sides of the body and each connected to the inductive conductor assembling bars in the input and output sides; a filter cover in which a predetermined size of space is formed to open the lower side thereof; a plurality of trimming bars fixed to pass through the upper surface of the filter cover, and for adjusting an amount of the electric coupling; and a plurality of trimming disks installed by a predetermined interval to be arranged alternatively with the trimming bars and fixed to pass through the upper surface of the filter cover, for fine adjusting a space frequency.

Abstract: The center frequency of a channel filter is varied according to Doppler frequency variation to minimize the distortion occurred in roll-off region. The receiver includes a first mixer(202) for generating intermediate signal by mixing output signals of a duplex filter and an oscillator, a channel filter(204) for adjusting center frequency, a lowpass filter(205) for filtering output signal of the channel filter(204), a bit timer(208) for sampling output signal of the lowpass filter, and center frequency adjuster(206) for providing center frequency adjusting voltage to the channel filter(204).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A broadband high gain amplification circuit is provided to maintain a high gain and a bandwidth even though an input frequency is increased. CONSTITUTION: An amplification part(100) amplifies an input signal. An impedance control part(200) constitutes a current mirror by receiving a constant voltage(Vb1), and improves a gain of the amplification part by increasing an output impedance of the amplification part at a half power frequency where the gain of the amplification becomes a half of its peak value. The impedance control part includes an inductor(210) connected to a power supply, and a PMOS(220) having a gate connected to the constant voltage and being connected to the inductor, and a resistor(230) connected between one side of the PMOS and another side of the inductor and connected to another side of the PMOS.

Abstract: An automatically gain controllable linear differential amplifier using a variable degeneration resistor is disclosed. The linear differential amplifier includes an input end, a bias current source, a load unit, a first MOS transistor and a second MOS transistor. Abstract: PURPOSE: A differential linear amplifier is provided to improve the linearity(IIP3) viewed from the input side by controlling the gain of the amplification in response to the input signal applied to the differential amplifier as well as improve the IIP3 by utilizing a poly silicon without using the polysilicon as a resistor, thereby obtaining an excellent characteristics.
