Abstract: PURPOSE: A scan driver is provided to prevent malfunction caused due to turn-off of transistor by being composed of a transistor with a depletion mode characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An input switch(710) controls an input of an output signal of stage according to a first clock. A pull-up unit(720) transmits a first output signal clock to an output node. A pull-down unit(740) constantly maintains a node voltage between the input switch and pull-up unit. A pull-down unit(730) constantly maintains a voltage of the output node.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A DC voltage conversion circuit of liquid crystal display apparatus is provided to be used in driving of liquid crystal display devices by generating a higher voltage from a clock signal and limited DC voltage. CONSTITUTION: A main pumping circuit unit(710) includes a first TFT through eighth TFT. The main pumping circuit unit outputs a voltage to drive a liquid crystal device. A gate control signal generator(720) controls a voltage applied to a gate of a plurality of TFT by a reversal of a clock signal. The gate control signal generator includes a eleventh TFT through sixteenth TFT. The main pumping circuit unit and gate control signal generator generate a voltage by sharing each other's nodes.

Abstract: A gas adsorption medium and an adsorption pump apparatus having the same are provided to recycle adsorbents and to improve effectiveness of gas adsorption capacity. A gas adsorption medium(110) has multi-layered structure with a material(120) having a variable ion value in which extra electronics which do not participate in a bond, is included. The material having the variable ion value and a separable material are combined between each layer. Each layer is made of the same materials or different materials. A gap of each layer is 0.1 ~ 100 nm. The material having the variable ion value has asymmetrical structure in which two or more structures are connected mutually.
