Abstract: The present invention relates to a disc brake of a vehicle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a disc brake of a vehicle using heterogeneous materials, which comprises upper and lower plates made of stainless steel or gray cast iron; a hat unit including an outer surface made of carbon steel or aluminum alloy and attached between the upper and lower plates, a central surface forming a mounting surface mounted on a hub of the vehicle, and a connection surface connecting the outer surface to the central surface; and a bonding layer bonding the upper and lower surface of the outer surface with the upper and lower plates. The outer surface and the connection surface form one unit and a plurality of the units are formed on the central surface in all directions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat treatment method for the frictional surface of a cast iron product, in particular, a gray cast iron disc, and, more specifically, to the heat treatment method for preventing the corrosion of the frictional surface of the cast iron product. The present invention for preventing the corrosion of the frictional surface provides the heat treatment method includes: a step of injecting a gray cast iron component into a nitrification furnace after raising temperature inside the nitrification furnace with keeping the temperature at 700; a step of lowering the temperature inside the nitrification furnace with keeping the temperature at 400 to 550, and forming a nitrification layer on the surface of the gray cast iron component by nitrifying the gray cast iron component; a step of forming an oxidization layer on the nitrification layer by oxidizing the gray cast iron component having the nitrification layer; and a step of cooling the gray cast iron component having the oxidization layer.
