Abstract: PURPOSE: A rigid draw panel for transfer press process is provided to prevent displacement of the panel by improving rigidity in transferring the panel and by supporting the panel with a finger during transfer press process. CONSTITUTION: A rigid draw panel(40) is transferred to the trim process by a finger connected to a feed bar after drawing process. Plural beads(50) are formed in a die face to reinforce the draw panel. Beads are formed in the draw panel except for corners to move the finger to the grip position of the draw panel actively. Beads are formed horizontally and vertically from the input portion of the finger according to the shape of the finger. The stiffness of the draw panel is improved with forming beads in the draw panel for the finger input direction. The movement of the draw panel is prevented, and lowering is minimized in displacing the draw panel. Displacement of the draw panel is prevented in transferring the draw panel.
