PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing super-high fluidity urethane resin fine spherical powder are provided to improve the fluidity of powder and to prevent melting degradation and pin hole formation when molding a vehicle instrument panel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing superhigh fluid urethane resin round-shaped fine powder comprises an extruder(10) melting kneading a super-high fluidity urethane resin, a gear pump(12) transferring the thermoplastic resin extruded from the extruder uniformly, a fine extrusion die(14) including fine holes and an under water type cutting unit, a cooling water tank(16), a heat exchanger maintaining constant temperature of cooling water, a transfer line(24) in which the fine spherical powder cut by the cutting unit is delivered with the cooling water, a centrifuge(22) separating the fine spherical powder from the cooling water, a cooling water return line(26), a discharge line(28) which is connected to the centrifuge to discharge the fine spherical powder, and a dehumidification drier(30) drying the e spherical powder.

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating artificial leather with air permeability is provided to strengthening bonding force between a fabric and a film and to prevent peeling or separation of the film. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating artificial leather with air permeability comprises: a step of napping the surface of a fabric(S2); a step of coating the back side of the fabric with napping using resin with hydrolysis resistance and flame retardancy for reinforcing the back side of the fabric(S2); a step of coating the napping surface of the fabric with water soluble PU resin solution to form a film(S4); a step of embossing the surface of the fabric(S5); a step of spraying water soluble resin solution on the film surface; and a step of spraying top protect resin on the film surface. PURPOSE: A bio composite material composition is provided to ensure good strength elasticity in bending, excellent moldability, cost economic power and tactility and to prepare an environment-friendly composite sheet with light weight. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene/soy-protein compositions of bio composite materials comprises polypropylene resin 65~85 weight%, bean-protein particle 10~30 weight% and zinc sulfate(ZnSO4) 2~10 weight%. A method for preparing a polypropylene/soy-protein bio composite sheet comprises the steps of: mixing the bio composite material composition; molding pellets by melting and extruding the mixed bio composite materials; molding a sheet by hot press-processing the molded pellet in the condition of a temperature 150~250 °C and pressure 45~80 kg/cm^2; and processing the molded sheet with a cold pressure press to prepare a bio composite sheet.
