Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating performance and make the inner casing hard to crack by using an inner casing which is formed by vacuum-molding a multi-layered laminate of a thin colored resin having a barrier capability against gas and a styrene group resin, an outer casing and a highly heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulated cabinet is formed with an inner casing 4 which is formed by vacuum-molding a multi-layered laminate of a colored resin 7 having a thickness less than 100mum and a barrier capability against gas and a styrene group resin 6, an outer casing 3 and a highly heat insulating foamed material 5. By this constitution, the heat insulating performance is improved and the colored resin 7 which has the barrier capability against gas protects the inner casing 4 from the resin melting effect of the foaming agent. Because of a small layer thickness of 100mum, there will be no significant adverse effect on the moldability, allowing less change of cracks.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To keep an initial thermal insulating property permanently at a thermal insulating box for a refrigerator by a method wherein a laminate bag composed of a metallic foil layer and a plastic layer is installed between an inner box and an outer box, and foam thermal insulating material is injected and foamed within the bag. CONSTITUTION: A laminate bag 9 comprised of a metallic foil layer and a polyethylene film is put into an outer box 2 with an opening end 13 being placed upward and its opening part 12 is inserted into and temporarily fixed to an injection port 4 of the outer box 2. Then, the inner box 1 is inserted with its protruded part being faced down and fixed, the inner box 1 and the outer box 2 are reversed from each other, an injection head is inserted into the opening 12 projected out of the injection port 4 and then foamed thermal insulating material 6 such as rigid urethane foam or the like is injected into the laminate bag 9. After waiting its volumetric expansion, the port 4 is pushed by a lid 14, internal air is discharged at an aeration sheet 15 at its lower surface, the lid 14 is taken out at the time of completion of foaming, an aluminum foil sheet 16 is adhered to prevent humidity at the port 4 so as to complete a thermal insulating box 7. In this way, it is possible to prevent moisture from entering into the foam thermal insulating material and keep an initial thermal insulating property permanently.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve shock resistance, etc., and to decrease defectives due to a short circuit by applying conductive adhesives onto an electric insulating film according to a pattern so that N-type semiconductors and P-type semiconductors are connected alternately in series and holding the electric insulating film by two metallic sheets on which electric insulating films are stuck. CONSTITUTION:A thermoelectric effect element 1 is manufactured by holding and fixing N-type semiconductors 4 and P-type semiconductors 5 among two sheets 7 consisting of a metal, such as Al, copper, iron, etc. An electric insulating film 8 composed of thin polyester, etc. is bonded with one surface of the sheet 7, the N-type semiconductors 4 and the P-type semiconductors 5 are connected electrically in series on the film 8, and conductive adhesives 9 are applied previously on sheets 2 according to a pattern. The N-type semiconductors 4 and the P-type semiconductors 5 are held by the sheets 2 with the films 2 on which adhesives 9 are applied, and proper pressure is applied, thus forming the thermoelectric effect element 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a bad external appearance from being formed owing to an anti-fungus agent by blending an anti-fungus agent having a particle diameter less than a specific value in resin made in-refrigerator parts in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fungus agent 2 is blended in ABS resin 1. The anti- fungus agent 2 carries an anti-fungus component 4 using silica gel 3 as a base material. A particle diamenter of the base material of the anti-fungus agent 2 is made smaller than 20μm whereby even if the base material absorbs water, the degree of expansion of the base material is small. Further, the base material is prevented from being expanded by covering the anti-fungus agent 2 with hydrophobic resin and hence reducing water absorption in the base material.j Even if the resin is expanded owing to the water absorption of the base material of the anti-fungus agent 2, the expansion is returned to the original size if water disappears.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an adiabatic door for a refrigerator, etc., strong in the adhesivity of a cap door to an urethane resin adiabatic material used HCFC 123 as a foaming agent and not causing cracking and discoloration of the cap door by employing the resin cap door comprising a specific material. CONSTITUTION:The objective product is produced by integrally foaming an urethane adiabatic material in a adiabatic space formed from a resin cap door and a metal door surface plate. The adiabatic material is produced from an organic polyisocyanate containing 40-90wt.% of polymeric MDI, etc., as a NCO component, while HCFC 123, HCFC 141b or their mixture is used as the foaming agent. The resin cap door comprises a composition containing a graft copolymer produced by copolymerizing 30-50wt.% of (i) a vinyl cyanide compound with (ii) 50-70wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated dienic rubber, a copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii, and n-butyl acrylate/n-propyl acrylate copolymer coated with the copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii.
