PURPOSE: A method for massively manufacturing garlic lysis liquid or garlic powder as an food additive is provided to activate enzyme activity and maintain natural flavor, taste, color, and freshness. CONSTITUTION: A method for massively manufacturing garlic lysis liquid or garlic powder comprises: a step of dispering 5-20 weight% of pulverized garlic; a step of adding 0.4-0.8 weight% of enzyme; a step of adjusting pH concentration at 6.0 to 8.0; a step of treating at 75-150MPa and 40-60°C for 24 to 48 hours; a step of filtering garlic slurry to obtain hydrolysate; a step of obtaining allin; a step of adding sulfuric acid; a step of inactivating the enzyme at 95-100°C; a step of adding sulfuric acid to neutralize; and a step of obtaining fructan.

The present invention relates to a composition to prevent gastritis and cancer containing sugar complex from natural extract and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a composition to prevent gastritis and cancer containing herbal extracts selected from Artemisia capillaris, ginseng, and green tea. The manufacturing method for the composition to prevent gastritis and cancer includes an extraction step to put purified water into herbs and extracting herbal extracts; a filtration and concentration step to filter and concentrate the extracted solution; a crystallization step to separate the product into a precipitate and a precipitate filtrate and crystallizing the same; and a dry and pulverization step to dry the crystals separated through the crystallization step and pulverizing the same.

PURPOSE: A complex crude drug extract for treating hyperlipidemia which contains phenyl amide compound is provided to show HMG-CoR inhibition effects and ACAT inhibition effects related to treat and prevent the hyperlipidemia. CONSTITUTION: A complex crude drug extract for treating hyperlipidemia is composed of multiple extract of safflower seed and ginger. The mixing ratio of the safflower seed to ginger is 4:1 in the weight ratio. The Lycii Radicis Cortex extract is additionally added to the extract. The mixing ration of the safflower seed, ginger extract, and the Lycii Radicis Cortex extract is 5:1:1 in the weight ratio. The complex crude drug extract for treating hyperlipidemia is composed of serotonin derivative and tyramine derivative. The mixing ratio of serotonin derivative to the tyramine derivative is 4: 1 in the weight ratio. The serotonin derivative is a mixture of N-(p-coumaroyl) serotonin(CS), N- feruloylserotonin(FS), or a mixture thereof. PURPOSE: A method for producing natural seasoning materials using Bacillus subtilis(KFCC 11492P) producing high glutamic acid is provided to supplement and replace chemical seasoning. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis(KFCC 11492P) strain produces glutamic acid of high yield. The glutamic acid is prepared by inoculating the strain in a medium containing natural proteins and culturing. A seasoning material contains amino acids and peptides prepared by inoculating the strain in the medium. The medium contains 1-3 weight parts of defatted soybean meal, 1-5 weight parts of wheat gluten, or mixture thereof.
