CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide probe set for diagnosing or detecting TRV contains one or more oligonucleotides selected from the group consisting of oligonucleotides in sequence numbers 3312-3315 and 3336-3342 and complementary oligonucleotides thereof. A method for diagnosing or detecting TRV comprises: a step of isolating RNA from a sample and synthesizing cDNA; a step of hybridizing the cDNA with the probe set; and a step of detecting the hybridization of the cDNA and the probe set. 본 발명은 프로모터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 식물체 내에 외래 유용 유전자의 발현 부위를 꽃잎 특이적으로 유도할 수 있는 프로모터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 꽃잎 특이 프로모터를 사용함으로써 식물 생육에 영향을 주지 않고 식물체 내 외래 유용 유전자의 발현 부위를 꽃잎 특이적으로 유도할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 농업적 형질 개량을 위해 담배를 비롯한 다양한 작물을 유전공학적 방법으로 형질전환시키고자 할 때, 본 발명의 꽃잎 특이 프로모터를 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A Brassica campestris L. anthesis regulatory BrFLC gene group has one DNA of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3. A primer for gate way vector recombinant contains a pair of DNAs of sequence numbers 4 and 5, 6 and 7, and 8 and 9. A vector for gene expression contains a promoter having one DNA sequence of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3. A gene is expressed in hypocotyl, stigma, and pollen by transforming a plant with an expression vector containing a promoter sequence of sequence number 1.

A microsatellite marker which is improved from a genetic sequence of Brassica campestris ssp. is provided to use in maker assisted selection (MAS) and shorten the period of breeding crops. A primer pair of microsatellite marker which is improved from a sequence of Brassica campestris ssp. comprises two sequences among the sequence numbers 1-512. A genetic map of F3- pooled population is prepared by performing analysis of nucleic acid fingerprinting.

A multiplex PCR method for detecting Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola and Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae is performed by using primer set of the sequence numbers 5 and 6.
