본 발명은 차나무 줄기를 아세톤에 넣고 마쇄하는 단계 및 상기 마쇄된 차나무 줄기를 여과하여, 잔사물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹차의 기능성 강화용 조성물 제조방법에 의해 제조된 녹차의 기능성 강화용 조성물; 상기 녹차의 기능성 강화용 조성물로 녹차를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 강화된 녹차 제조방법; 상기 녹차의 기능성 강화용 조성물로 녹차를 처리하는 단계 및 상기 처리된 녹차에 대해 수증기 증류 추출법을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법에 의해 제조된 기능성이 강화된 녹차 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 주름 개선 및 예방용 조성물; 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 기능성이 강화된 녹차 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 자외선 차단 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 녹차의 기능성 강화용 조성물을 이용하여 녹차의 기능성을 개선시킬 수 있으므로, 차 재배면적과 생산량의 증가로 인해 요구되는 녹차의 다양한 활용방법을 제공할 수 있어서, 녹차 관련 산업분야의 생산성 향상과 녹차 재배 농가 및 녹차 관련 기업의 수익성 향상에 이바지할 수 있다.

본 발명은 마그네슘 설페이트 혹은 나트륨 설페이트 등의 황산염을 처리하여 미네랄죽염의 제조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 황토 또는 세라믹용기에 투입된 미네랄이 풍부한 갯벌천일염을 750-850℃에서 20-40분간 열처리하여 구운 소금을 수득하는 단계; 수득된 구운 소금 60-95 중량%와 대나무칩 5-40 중량%를 혼합하여 담은 황토용기 또는 세라믹용기 주변에 마그네슘 설페이트 등의 황산염을 담는 별도의 황토 또는 세라믹용기를 두고 섭씨 750 내지 1,200도 온도 범위에서 20-40분간 재가열하여 완성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 상기 방법에 의하여 제조된 고기능성 미네랄죽염은 미네랄이 풍부하면서도 기능성 물질인 황화수소 생성물질이 다량 함유하고 있으며 급성 위 손상 보호 효과가 우수하다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method of a mineral-rich bamboo salt using a yellow soil container and the mineral-rich bamboo salt manufactured from the method. The present invention comprises the following: preparing the yellow soil container; inserting bay salt into the yellow soil container; heat-processing the bay salt inside the yellow soil container at 750-850 for 20-40 minutes to obtain roasted salt; and mixing 75-95 wt% of roasted salt and 5-25 wt% of bamboo chips, and secondly heat-processing the mixture in the yellow soil container at 750-850 for 20-40 minutes. The yellow soil container is obtained by the following: a step of obtaining yellow soil with fine particles in 1-40 um which has passed through 325 meshes; adding water and ternary system basis materials into the yellow soil to obtain a mixture; homogenizing the mixture into slurry; inserting the slurry into a mold for molding the yellow soil container, and naturally drying the container in the shade; and heating the molded yellow soil container at 1,200-1,400 for 40-80 minutes. The mixture ratio of the yellow soil and water is 1:1 by weight, and the mixture ratio of the yellow soil and the ternary system basis materials is 70-95 wt% of yellow soil and 5-30 wt% of ternary system basis materials. The molded yellow soil container is in a cylindrical shape, and has a diameter of 10-15 cm, a height of 10-14 cm, and a thickness of 0.5-1 cm. PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing green tea makkoli (Korean rice wine) is provide to have excellent preference and functionality compared with general makkoli and to quickly manufacture the functional makkoli. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing green tea makkoli comprises the steps of: soaking and steaming rice to prepare hard-boiled rice; mixing the hard-boiled rice and nuruk (fermentation starter); adding water to the mixture in a weight ratio of 1:0.8-1:1.2 and preparing a mixture liquid; fermenting the mixture liquid at 22-27 °C for 20-28 hours; adding 2 % (w/v) of green tea to the primary fermentation liquid; and fermenting the primary fermentation liquid at 22-27 °C for 8-12 days. CONSTITUTION: An agent for preventing gastritis and gastric ulcer contains purple bamboo salts as an active ingredient. A method for making the purple bamboo salts comprises: a step of inputting bay salts and cut bamboo chips into a ceramic tank; a step of heating the tank at 1,000-1,200 Deg. C. for 50-90 minutes; a step of cooling the tank by room temperature; a step of pulverizing the salts; and a step of repeating the steps 2-5 times.

PURPOSE: A producing method of green tea having excellent palatability is provided to use an aroma component reinforcing composition for improving the palatability of the green tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of green tea having excellent palatability uses an aroma component reinforcing composition obtained by the following steps: inserting the stem of tea trees into acetone, and grinding; filtering the ground tea tree stem to obtain residues; and adding 1-1.5L of citric acid solution into 100g of residues for extracting for 1 hour and 30 minutes-2 hours and 30 minutes. The tea tree stems are harvested from September to November. Green tea leaves are processed with the aroma component reinforcing composition for 5-8 hours at 34-40 deg C during a rolling process.
