Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Penicillium citrinum strain separated from microorganism fermented tea. In particular, the present invention relates to: a Penicillium citrinum strain which is separated from microorganism fermented tea and can apply functionalities, especially anti-diabetic and anti-obesity activities to the fermented tea produced by being fermented with a strain; a biocatalyst for producing microorganism fermented tea including one or more selected from the group consisting of the Penicillium citrinum strain separated from microorganism tea, a culture medium liquid of the strain, and a concentrated liquid of the culture medium liquid; and a method for producing microorganism fermented tea comprising a step of making a biocatalyst for producing the microorganism fermented tea reacted with tea tree leaves. Compared to reported existing microorganisms separated from microorganism fermented tea, the novel Penicillium citrinum strain separated from microorganism fermented tea of the present invention has various improved functionalities, particularly anti-diabetic and anti-obesity activities, so as to be used in producing high quality microorganism fermented tea.

The present invention relates to a strain of Aspergillus sp. isolated from microorganism fermented tea, specifically, a strain of Aspergillus niger which is isolated from microorganism fermented tea and gives functional activities, specifically, anti-wrinkling activity, elastase inhibitory activity, whitening activity, and tyrosinase inhibitory activity, to fermented tea prepared by fermentation using the above strain; a cultured liquid of the strains; a bio-catalyst for preparing microorganism fermented tea, comprising at least one selected from a concentrate of the cultured liquid; and a method or producing microorganism fermented tea, comprising a step of reacting the bio-catalyst for preparing microorganism fermented tea with tea leaves. The novel strain of Aspergillus sp. isolated from the microorganism fermented tea has improved functional activities, specifically, anti-diabetic activity, anti-obesity activity, liver protecting activity, whitening activity, and anti-wrinkling activity, and thus can be used for the production of microorganism fermented tea having excellent quality.

PURPOSE: An oral disease prevention and treatment composition containing an artemisia fukudo makino extract are provided to offer an anti-bacterial effect on streptococcus mutans to users. CONSTITUTION: An oral disease prevention and treatment composition contains 0.001-99.9wt% of artemisia fukudo makino extract as an active ingredient. The oral disease prevention and treatment composition is capable of additionally containing a carrier, an excipient, a diluent, and other additives by usage methods, usage purposes, and forms. The artemisia fukudo makino extract is obtained by an extraction solvent or a fraction solvent.

매생이를 주원료로 한 해조류 이용 김형태의 건식품 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 건식품 및 그 제조방법은 a) 매생이( Capsosiphon fulvescens )를 주원료로 하여 상기 매생이를 갯벌에서 채취하는 단계와; b) 채취한 매생이를 바닷물로 세정하여 매생이에 포함된 갯벌 및 불순물을 제거하는 단계; c) 불순물이 제거된 매생이를 담수로 세정하여 매생이에 포함된 염분을 제거하는 단계; d) c) 단계에서 세정되어 염분이 제거된 매생이를 상기 청구항 1에 의한 성형틀에 펼친 후 떠서 성형하는 단계; e) 매생이가 성형공간에 수용된 성형틀을 상온의 그늘에서 3 - 6시간 동안 자연 건조시키는 단계; f) 건조된 매생이를 일정한 크기로 절단하는 단계; 및 건조된 매생이를 굽고 조미하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것으로, 이러한 매생이를 주원료로 한 매생이 건식품에 따르면, 철분, 칼륨, 요오드 등 각종 무기염류와 비타민 A, C 및 ω-3계열 지방산의 함량이 높고, 항숙취작용과 피부 미백효과, 자극완화효, 주름 개선 효과, 혈청지질 개선 및 간보호작용가 있는 매생이를 장기간 보관 유통할 수 있고, 쉽게 섭취할 수 있는 효과가 제공된다. 매생이, 건식품

PURPOSE: Subcritical water extracts of laminaria japonica is provided to improve an esterase inhibition activity, a collagen synthesis capability and an anti-wrinkle activity and prevent side effects by using marine algae and an aqueous solvent, thereby having a marked effect in an industrial aspect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for wrinkle protection or wrinkle improvement includes the subcritical water extracts of laminaria japonica which are extracted with the subcritical water of 3 MPa and 180-240°C. The cosmetic composition for wrinkle protection or wrinkle improvement adds water in crushed laminaria japonica and includes the subcritical water extracts of laminaria japonica which are characterized by being extracted under 3 MPa and 180-240°C as an active ingredient. A manufacturing method of the subcritical water extracts of laminaria japonica having a wrinkle protection activity and a wrinkle improvement activity comprises: a step of manufacturing crushed laminaria japonica by pulverizing laminaria japonica; a step of adding water in the crushed laminaria japonica; and a step of manufacturing the subcritical water extract of laminaria japonica by reacting the crushed laminaria japonica with water at a condition of 3 MPa and 180-240°C.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing bittern for anti-wrinkling is provided to ensure collagen generation, antioxidation, and moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling contains bittern as an active ingredient. The bittern contains 0.0035-0.0045 weight% of lithium, 20.1-20.0 weight% of magnesium, 4.1-4.2 weight% of potassium and 0.00165-0.00175 weight% of manganese. The bittern is prepared by centrifuging sun-dried salt at 1,000-10,000 rpm and 10-25°C. The content of the bittern is 0.0001-50 weight% based on total composition.
