Three kinds of novel materials isolated from Rubus coreanum Miquel wine is provided to detect various physiological activity and be used as a lead compound of food and medicinal and pharmaceutical agent. Three kinds of novel material isolated from Rubus coreanum Miquel wine comprises a rubuate A, rubuate B, and rububenzoside. The rubuate A is obtained by solvent fraction and normal phase column. The rubuate B is obtained by solvent fraction to produce ethylacetate fraction, column chromatography of silica gel and sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) The rububenzoside is obtained by solvent fraction to produce butanol fraction, column chromatography of amberlite XAD-2, sepadex LH-20 and ODS and reverse phase HPLC.

본 발명은 갈롤 (gallol, pyrogallol) 유도체들의 항균활성에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 갈롤을 기본 골격으로 유지하면서 그 갈롤의 4위에 다양한 길이의 측쇄탄화수소를 결합시킴으로써 양친매성을 갖도록 하여 저자극성이고 세포막 내에서 우수한 항산화활성을 나타내고 식품부패균과 병원균에 대한 항균활성을 갖는 양친매성 갈롤 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항균제조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: An amphiphilic gallor derivative is provided to actively inhibit the oxidation of LDL which is the cause of senile arteriosclerosis by a basic structure having a gallol structure which is a strong antioxidant active side and a long hydrocarbon side chain in the same molecule, thereby preventing diseases and providing curative power. CONSTITUTION: An amphiphilic gallol derivative is a 1,2,3-trihydroxy-4-alkylbenzene derivative including the last compound of the drawing. In the drawing, R is C_nH_(2n+1). A manufacturing method of the amphiphilic gallol derivative comprises: a step lithium ionizing 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene; a step alkylating the 1,2,3- trimethoxybenzene; a step obtaining 1,2,3-trimethoxy-4-alkylbenzene derivative the alkylation; a step demethoxylating the 1,2,3-trimethoxy-4-alkylbenzene; and a step obtaining the amphiphilic gallol derivative by the demethoxylation.
