Abstract:
본 발명은 마이크로파 통신시스템에 사용되는 핵심소자인 대역통과 필터의 일종이며, 새로운 산화물 재료인 고온초전도체의 박막과 필터의 설계이론 중 평행결합선 방식을 채택한 4-극 대역통과 필터로서, 마이크로파 영역(3-33GHz)에서의 성능이 매우 우수한 전송선 소자의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 마이크로파 대역통과 필터 이론과 시뮬레이션으로 최적소자의 패턴을 설계하고, 이를 전사시킨 전자선 마스크를 이용한 포토 리소그래픽 공정과 적절한 식각공정을 통해, YBa 2 Cu 3 0 7-x /LaAlO 3 /Ti/Ag 구조의 12GHz용 대역 통과 필터를 제조하였다. 이러한 본 발명을 이용한 통신부품은 무손실, 무분산으로 신호처리가 가능하고 마이크로스트립 방식의 전송선 소자이므로 제조가 간단하다. 또한, 앞서 개발한 2-극 대역통과 필터보다 패턴의 크기는 약간 크지만, 시뮬레이션의 결과와도 잘 일치하고, 특히 입력신호의 통과 대역 양단의 저지대역(stop band) 가파르기 특성이 매우 우수하며, 통과대역은 0.5dB 이내의 삽입손실과 매우 평탄함(flatness)을 보여주었다.

PURPOSE: A terahertz continuous wave system and a 3D image acquisition method thereof are provided to deposit a photoconductor thin film directly on a silicon substrate and to mount a meta-material lens on the silicon substrate, thereby simplifying the entire manufacturing process and removing the factors of generating errors. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz continuous wave system(10) comprises a terahertz wave generator(100), a nondestructive detector(200), and a 3D image processor(600). The terahertz wave generator generates terahertz continuous waves. The nondestructive detector radiates the generated terahertz continuous waves to a specimen and regulates the radiated terahertz continuous waves while moving the specimen two-dimensionally at a predetermined interval, thereby measuring a change in the terahertz continuous waves. The 3D image processor acquires 3D images using 2D images corresponding to the measured terahertz continuous waves.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for measurement of device characteristics using a photonic mixing continuous wave system and a terahertz output measuring device using the same are provided to measure the frequency characteristics of a terahertz photomixer antenna device and the frequency characteristics of a terahertz output measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A matching condition for the output impedance of a photomixer and the input impedance of an antenna is added to the output of a photomixer of a transmitter and the output of the photomixer and the antenna of the transmitter are calculated(S10). The output of the antenna of a receiver is calculated based on the output of the photomixer and the antenna of the transmitter(S30). The antenna output of the transmitter and the antenna output of the receiver are outputted to analyze the device characteristics of the photomixer and the antenna(S40).

PURPOSE: A metal grid module for detecting a THz wave and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply a metal grid integrated on a photosensitive glass frame. CONSTITUTION: A fixed region inside a photosensitive glass is photosensitized so that only a photosensitive glass frame(210a) of a photosensitive glass is left. A photo resist is formed on the photosensitive glass frame. UV is applied to the fixed region of the photo resist. A grid pattern with a fixed grid period is formed on the photosensitive glass frame. A metal grid(250) is formed between the formed grid patterns.
