Abstract:
본 발명은 차량 충돌시 연속적인 완충작용을 통해 충격을 효과적으로 흡수 및 상쇄하는 차량 충격 흡수 장치에 관한 것으로; 차량의 진행방향으로 설치되는 가이드레일과, 상기 가이드레일의 상부에 설치되어 차량이 충돌시 상기 가이드레일을 따라 후진하는 충돌 격벽과, 상기 충돌 격벽을 관통하여 상기 가이드레일 방향으로 설치되는 충격흡수용 와이어와, 상기 충돌 격벽에 설치되어 상기 충돌 격벽이 상기 가이드레일을 따라 후진하면 상기 충격흡수용 와이어의 외주면을 절삭하는 절삭다이로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차량이 절삭다이가 설치되는 충돌 격벽에 충돌하면 충돌 격벽이 가이드레일을 따라 이동하면서 절삭다이가 충격흡수용 와이어의 외주면에 연속적으로 절삭부를 형성하면서 연속적인 완충작용을 통해 충격을 효과적이면서도 안정적으로 흡수 상쇄시킴은 물론, 차량에 탑승한 승객에게 전달되는 충격도 감쇄시키는 장점이 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual layer chair for a railway vehicle and more in detail, to a dual layer chair for a railway vehicle, forming the chairs in the dual layers and capable of installing a plurality of chairs even in a narrow space and concurrently widening a space between a pair of frames to enable a passenger to take a chair and to comfortably travel by train by installing a pair of frames in which chairs are installed at positions facing each other and forming the chairs at external lower ends of the frames. To solve the traditional problem, the present invention allows a first layer chair and a passenger to share an aisle and need not lowering a lower part of a vehicle chassis or making an upper part higher, thereby utilizing the current chassis as it is and being applicable to all the railway vehicles if only chairs are exchanged.

PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing device is provided to stably absorb shock by preventing a collision plate from being fallen down due to the concentration of shock in a front collision. CONSTITUTION: A shock-absorbing device comprises a pair of rails (500), a fixing plate (200), a collision plate (400), and a shock-absorbing tube (300). The fixing plate is installed on the top of the rear end of the rail. The collision plate is movably installed on the top of the rail. Both bottom sides of the rear surface of the collision plate are formed with support members (420). The bottom of a support member is formed with a separation preventive part to be in touch with the inner surface of the rail. The shock-absorbing tube is installed between the collision plate and the fixing plate.
