Abstract:
PURPOSE: A nylon6/EPR nano composite is provided to improve the reusability of vehicle waste parts, and the matter property of the composite by dispersing nanoclay to a mixture including nylon6 and EPR. CONSTITUTION: A nylon6/EPR nano composite contains 0.3~10wt% of nanoclay, 0.4~0.6wt% of antioxidant, and 85~99.5wt% of mixture including poly(ethylene-ran-propylene)rubber and nylon6. The nanoclay is organic processed montmorillonite. The mixture includes the nylon6 and the poly(ethylene-ran-propylene)rubber in a ratio of 5~8:5~2.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A recycled PET composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use the composite as a material for spare parts of a vehicle with high thermal resistance and extrusion molding properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a recycled PET composite comprises the following steps: forming flakes out of waste PET bottles; forming chips from the PET flakes using an extruder; and stiffening and compounding the PET chips, glass fibers, a coupling agent, a chain extender, a nucleant selected from the group consisting of talc or an organic nucleant, and an MBS. The PET chips have a melting temperature of 255~265 deg C, and an average intrinsic viscosity of 0.45~1.0 deciliter per gram.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A deodorizing method for recycling rubber waste is provided to solve odor problems generated in recycling waste rubber with mechanical properties, and to lower environmental loads. CONSTITUTION: A deodorizing method for recycling rubber waste comprises a step of mixing and stirring waste rubber powder and aroma oil aqueous solution in a mixer with a degassing apparatus during a process for desulfurizing rubber waste or preparing recycled rubber waste from waste rubber. The temperature of the mixing and stirring step is 120~200 °C, shearing velocity is 40~120 rpm. The mixing and stirring apparatus is a twin screw extruder equipped with 2~6 degassing apparatuses.

A chain extender for waste nylon is provided to promptly increase the molecular weight of waste nylon having a decreased molecular weight due to heat, UV, ozone, ethylene glycol and hydrolysis, thereby increasing recyclability of waste nylon. A chain extender for nylon includes a blocked diisocyanate derivative obtained by blocking both terminal isocyanate(-NCO) groups of an aliphatic or aromatic diisocyanate compound with a blocking agent selected from the group consisting of lactam, oxime, alcohol, ester and amine compounds. The aliphatic diisocyanate compound includes a C2-C12 linear, branched or cyclic alkylene diisocyanate compound.

본 발명은 폐 에어백 기포지의 재활용 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화학용제인 붕불산과 1,2-프로판디올을 이용하여 나일론66 원단에 코팅되어 있는 실리콘 고무를 제거한 후 용융 및 압출성형함으로써, 실리콘 고무로 표면 처리된 에어백 기포지로부터 펠릿화된 나일론66을 제조하는 재활용 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폐 에어백 기포지의 재활용 방법에 의하면 폐 에어백 기포지로부터 실리콘 고무를 간단하면서도 효과적인 방법으로 제거하여 나일론66 고유의 기계적 물성과 동등한 수준의 물성을 갖는 펠릿화된 나일론66을 제조할 수 있으므로, 소각 또는 매립되던 폐 에어백 기포지로부터 고부가가치의 나일론66 소재를 회수함과 동시에 환경오염 문제에도 대처할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An additive for recycling air bag fabrics is provided to impart compatibility to a nylon cloth of silicon rubber and air bag fabrics using only compatibilizer without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: An additive for recycling air bag fabrics uses a compatibilizer which is at least one kind of a styrene-maleic acid anhydride copolymer, a maleic acid anhydride grafted with EPDM(ethylene propylene rubber), and maleic acid grafted with an amorphous ethylene copolymer. A resin composition using the air bag fabrics comprises 95.0-99.7 weight% of recycled chips and 0.3-5.0 weight% of compatibilizer.
