본 발명에 따른 가변 압축비 장치는 연소실을 형성하는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 운동을 크랭크샤프트에 전달하도록 피스톤 핀으로 그 일단이 상기 피스톤에 체결된 커넥팅 로드, 상기 피스톤 핀에 그 일단이 편심되게 연결된 듀얼 링크 타입의 편심링크, 상기 편심링크의 타단에 그 일단이 연결되어 상기 편심링크를 회전시키는 듀얼 링크 타입의 스윙링크를 포함하여, 안정된 스윙 동작과 내구성 향상을 도모한다.

본 발명의 가변 압축비 기구유닛은 크랭크축(3)이 결합된 하단부위와 달리 피스톤(2)이 결합되는 콘로드(1)의 상단부위 폭 두께를 감싸면서 피스톤 핀(30)을 매개로 조립된 듀얼편심링크(10)와, 액추에이터의 제어샤프트(50)에 연결되어 듀얼편심링크(10)의 하부부위로 연결된 듀얼스윙링크(20)로 구성되고, 상기 듀얼편심링크(10)와 상기 듀얼스윙링크(20)가 콘로드(1)의 중심에 대해 좌우 대칭과 무게 균형을 이룸으로써, 콘로드(1)의 움직임 궤적을 가이드하는 구조를 필요로 하지 않고 액추에이터의 제어샤프트(50)에 대한 전체적인 하중 밸런스 형성을 보다 유리하게 구현하며, 특히 듀얼구조를 통한 압축비 가변 제어 정밀성을 크게 높여주는 특징을 갖는다.

PURPOSE: A GDI asymmetrical variable valve lift device is provided to properly mix fuel and air and to improve the through-flow of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A GDI asymmetrical variable valve lift device comprises a first cam, a cam shaft(10), a plurality of high lift cams(70), first and second low lifts(80,90), and first and second valve opening and closing parts(101,102). A plurality of high lift cams is installed in the cam shaft. The first and second low lifts are installed in the cam shaft. The first valve opening and closing part are opened and closed by the high lift cam and the first row lift cam. The second valve opening and closing part are opened and closed by the high lift cam and the second row lift cam.

PURPOSE: A gasoline engine system is provided to improve the stability of self ignition combustion by differently controlling the lift amount and timing of first and second intake valves to form uniform mixed gas. CONSTITUTION: A gasoline engine system comprises an injector, a spark plug, intake valves, exhaust valves(120), a variable mechanism, and a controller. The injector is located in the upper center portion to directly inject fuel into a combustion chamber in which a piston is installed. The spark plug is installed corresponding to the injector in order to create direct spark in the combustion chamber. The intake valves(100,110) are installed in an intake port for drawing air into the combustion chamber. The exhaust valves are installed in an exhaust port for discharging the combustion gas of the combustion chamber. The variable mechanism controls the lifting amount and opening degree of the intake and exhaust valves, wherein the lifting amount and opening degree of the intake valves are controlled differently.

PURPOSE: A variable compression ratio apparatus is provided to facilitate design and minimize cause of inertial mass increment of a crank web since the design of a connecting rod is only changed without the design change of a crank and a piston. CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio apparatus comprises an eccentric bearing, a latching rod(110), a variable plate(200), and an actuator. The inner circumference of the eccentric bearing contacts the outer circumference of the piston pin. The outer circumference of the eccentric bearing contacts the inner circumference of a ring formed at the end of a connecting rod(30). The latching rod can slide inside the piston pin. The variable plates are formed at both lower portions of a cylinder(10), respectively. The actuator rotates the variable plates in opposite directions.

The latching slider is formed at both lower portions of a cylinder, respectively. The latching assembly elastically supports the lower end of the latching slider with each elastic member. The variable oil pipe supplies oil to the left and right latching housings.

A wear measuring method of a clutch disk by using a laser beam is provided to detect the wear of the clutch disk accurately, and to display the replacement time of the disk precisely by irradiating the laser beam to the surface of the clutch disk and receiving diffused light. An engine of a vehicle is stopped(S10), and a laser emitting unit and a receiver unit are turned on after checking stop of the engine(S20). The receiver unit measures diffused light(S30), and a power spectrum analyzes the measured diffused light to gain the frequency of the diffused light(S40). The frequency of the diffused light is compared with the input value(S50). The replacement signal is output in case of the analyzed frequency to be equal to the input frequency value(S60), and data is initialized for the next measurement in case of the analyzed frequency not to be equal to the input frequency value(S70).
