Abstract: PURPOSE: A programming system of an ECU(Engine Control Unit) for a vehicle is provided to promote the common use of parts for an ECU by mounting the ECU including an operation program and mapping data in a memory in a vehicle and installing the operation program and mapping data selectively according to input key codes. CONSTITUTION: A programming device of an ECU consists of a start key(10), an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip(20), a start key assembly(30), an interrogator(40), a communication unit(50), and an ECU(60). The IC chip is mounted on a holder unit(11) of the start key. The IC chip includes a communication circuit for transmitting/receiving RF(Radio Frequency) signals and a memory having key codes. The start key assembly feeds power to the interrogator, the communication unit, and the ECU when a driver inserts the start key to turn on main power. The interrogator transmits a signal requiring a key code to the IC chip and feeds a key code signal to the communication unit by converting the radio key code signal into a wire key code signal. The interrogator includes an antenna(41) for transmitting/receiving radio signals. The communication unit transfers the wire signal to the ECU by filtering the signal. The ECU deletes unnecessary elements of operation software and mapping data in a memory according to the key code and controls engine start with the other operation software and mapping data.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A continuous variable valve lift device and operation logic are provided to enable exact advanced angle adjustment and improve advanced angle effect by fixing an advanced angle lever and a joggling cam on the same shaft. CONSTITUTION: A continuous variable valve lift device comprises a vibration outer wheel(300), a rocker arm(400), an advanced angle lever(500), and a joggling cam(700). The vibration outer wheel is vertically moved by the rotation of a roller link(200) connected to a rotation shaft(100). The rocker arm is vertically moved by the vibration outer wheel. The advanced angle lever is connected to the rocker arm and selects the advanced angle or rearward angle. The joggling cam rotates based on the fixed shaft by the vertical movement of the joggling cam to open and close a valve. The joggling cam engages with the rocker arm.
