Abstract: 본발명은연료전지셀 스택에공급되는유체의유량을안정적으로분배하여셀 발전전압편차및 유동흐름불안정을제거하기위한분배가이드를갖는스택매니폴드인서트에관한것이다. 본발명에서는연료전지셀 스택에공급되는유체(공기, 수소, 물)의유량을안정적으로분배하여, 가변부하시, 셀간의유량불일치및 공급불안정에따른연료전지셀 발전전압편차를해소하고, 이에수반하여전극의국부적인유동흐름불안정(flow starvation)을제거함으로써안정적인셀 성능을확보할수 있는개선된유량분배가이드및 이러한분배가이드를갖는스택매니폴드인서트를제공한다. 이를위해, 본발명에서는유체의유입단으로부터적층된스택으로의유출단까지유로를형성하도록구성되며, 상기유입단으로부터의거리에따라스택의구역이분할되도록상기유입단으로부터적층된스택까지상기유로를구획하는다수의분배가이드를포함하고, 상기분배가이드는상기유입단로부터상기유출단까지유체의흐름이전환될수 있도록곡면을가지며, 상기유로를구획하여각각의분할된스택구역으로유체를안내하는다수의가이드유로를형성하고, 상기다수의가이드유로를따라각각의분할된스택구역으로유체가차등공급되도록이루어지는분배가이드를갖는스택매니폴드인서트를제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel cell cooling system and a control method thereof are provided to stably control operation temperature of a fuel cell stack by providing heat source of an electrical field cooling loop to a stack cooling loop. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell cooling system(100) comprises a stack cooling loop(30) which includes a heater(32) which provides heat source upon cold starting, a bypass loop(50) which interlinks the electrical field cooling loop and the stack cooling loop in order to provide heating source of the electrical field cooling loop to the stack cooling loop, and a heat exchanger(60) which heats cooling water of the stack cooling loop. The stack cooling loop is for cooling the fuel cell stack with cold water.

CONSTITUTION: A leachate discharge device of an electric water pump for vehicles comprises a valve body(10). The valve body comprises a valve passage and an opening and closing unit(13). The leachate is discharged through the valve passage. The opening and closing unit are gradually narrow into a plane shape from a cylindrical shape. The valve body is connected to leachate discharging passages.
