Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in compression efficiency and an increase in pulsation level which are produced by the interference of discharge refrigerant gas and to reduce noises in a valve device for a compressor having two discharge ports, two discharge valves and two pass ports. SOLUTION: Since the first discharge port 111 for discharging refrigerant gas and the first discharge valve 112, the second discharge port 113 and the second discharge valve 114 are disposed in the first discharge room and the second discharge room which are independent of each other, the interference between the flows of discharge gas is eliminated to improve the compression efficiency and to reduce noises by reduced pulsation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the assembly workability by inserting a communication pipe of a suction muffler which is made of the material having the low thermal conductivity such as synthetic resin and communicates between an insertion hole on a cylinder head and a cut part on a cap, into an insertion hole of the cylinder head and fixing the communication pipe, having the cylinder head interposed, by an installation leg. CONSTITUTION:As for a cylinder 6 which constitutes a compression element 3 in an insertion hole 4 formed on the upper surface side of the cylinder head 4 of a hermetic type motor-driven compressor, a valve plate 5 and the cylinder head 4 are installed by a screw N, and an insertion pipe 7 is inserted. In this case, a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin (e.g. polybutylen terephthalate) is constituted of the upper and lower chambers 9a and 9b, and the insertion pipe 7 is inserted into the upper chamber 9a, and a communication pipe 10 is shaped integrally with the lower part 9b of the suction muffler 9. An installation leg 10a which is shaped integrally with a communication pipe 10 is fixed onto the cylinder head 4. A cap 11 is arranged in a suction chamber 4b, and the communication pipe 10 of the suction muffler 9 is inserted into a cut part 11c formed on the upper surface of the cap 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize a closed type compressor and facilitate the assembling by providing a coil spring having one end inserted to an inlet hole through a buffer body and the other end pressfitted and fixed to an inclined part. CONSTITUTION:One end of the a coil spring 30 is inserted into an inlet hole 36, and the other end is press-fitted and fixed to an inclined part 34. As the vibrating direction of a compression element 26 is nearly conformed to the axial line of the coil spring 30 during the operation of a close type compressor, the coil spring 30 can smoothly move without twisting in the inserting hole 39 of a buffer body 38. A connecting space 43 can be minimized while sufficiently ensuring the space 42 between a standing part 33 and an electric element 28. Hence, the miniaturization of the closed type compressor is enhance, and the assembling is facilitated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce noise generated from vibration of a hermetically sealed container by intalling a hemi-spherical projection formed by a press etc. on the fixing part, for an intake pipe, of the hermetically sealed container so that the vibration of the intake pipe may be attenuated by the hemisphere. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 and a compressive element 3 are provided inside a hermetically sealed container 1 and an intake part is equipped with an intake pipe 6 communicated therewith through a suction line 5. A hemi-spherical projection 7 is provided on the fixing part, for the intake pipe 6, of the hermetically sealed container 1. Since the hemi-spherical projection 7 has high rigidity and low trend of fluctuation, any vibration transmitted to the intake pipe 6 can not meet the resonance mode of the hermetically sealed container 1 and is remarkably attenuated by means of a hemi-spherical projection 7.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the efficiency of feeding oil to the piston and cylinder portions of a closed compressor, while preventing an increase of noises and enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the compressor, by stabilizing the amount of oil fed, irrespective of changes in operating condition and volume of a cylinder, etc. SOLUTION: The closed compressor includes an oil reservoir portion 30 provided in the upper surface of a cylinder 6, and an oil capillary 31 open at one end to the oil reservoir portion 30 and open at the other end to the inside of an intake flow passage 23, so that even if the operating frequency or the intake pressure of the compressor is reduced or if the compressor is used with a low cylinder volume, oil can be stably fed because of low head height H, while assuring the amount of oil fed from the capillary 31. The closed compressor of high reliability can thus be obtained while stabilizing its efficiency and preventing an increases of noises.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of dislocation during assembly of a division rod, to facilitate assembly without a difficult work, such as matching the planes of a groove and a tip with each other, and to decide the geometric position of a connection part between the hole of a large end part and the piston of a small end part, in a reciprocating compressor used in a household refrigerator. SOLUTION: A large end part 76 is provided with a spherical dent 95 and a guide groove 96 formed in a large end hole 77 and a protrusion part 80. Since, at a small end part, one end of a rod part 81 has a connection part 73 with a piston 10 and the other end has a spherical part 97, simultaneously with insertion of the large end hole 77 into the eccentric part 11 of a crank shaft 7, the spherical dent 95 is simply inserted in the spherical body part 97 without a work like a plane matching work, and a situation that the large end part 76 drops downward and is horizontally dislocated is prevented from occurring, whereby an assembly work is extremely easy to make and a geometric position is also reliably decided.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve an intermittent flow of a sucked refrigerant caused by the opening and closing of a read valve at a suction hole, increase sucking efficiency, reduce noise effectively, and increase performance and efficiency in a closed type motor-driven compressor used for household refrigerators. SOLUTION: When a reed valve 15 is opened, a refrigerant gas is filled once into a refrigerant in/outflow branch pipe 19. When the valve is opened again, the gas inside the refrigerant in/outflow branch pipe 19 is fed to a cylinder so as to maintain and increase a flow inertia in order to increase a suction efficiency. By this, a highly efficient low noise closed type motor-driven compressor can be obtained. Also, by a sound resonance energy determined by the specifications of the branch pipe, the vibration amplitude of the reed valve 15 can be controlled so as to increase the performance and efficiency.
