Abstract:
PURPOSE: A preparation method of porous crosslinked clay is provided which is characterized in that nano-sol particles of cationic-surface reformed metallic oxide instead of cationic cluster compounds of metallic oxide in conventional method are used for ion-exchanging inorganic cations between layers of clay and crosslinking. Accordingly, the resultant crosslinked clay has much improved surface area and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: preparing nano-sol particles of metallic oxide such as SiO2 or Fe2O3-SiO2; reforming the surface of particles by cationic complexing metal, Fe; ion exchanging and crosslinking by adding prepared nano-sol solution to a suspension of clay, as montmorillonite or smectite-based clay; centrifuging, washing with aid and freeze-drying crosslinked clay; calcining at 400-550deg.C. The organic surfactant or NH4F is added to improve porous characteristics in preparation of crosslinked clay which has 300-1000m2/g of surface area, 1-3nm of pore size and 500-800deg.C of thermal stability.

PURPOSE: The aim is to provide a bio-inorganic hybrid complex which can carry genetic materials between layers of metal layered double hydroxide by anion exchange reaction. CONSTITUTION: The invention provides the complex of formula I (M2+1-xN3+x(OH)2)(An-)x/n·yH2O, wherein M represents metal cation such as Mg¬2+, Ni¬2+, Cu¬2+ and Zn¬2+ which are alkali-earth metals or transition metals having a valence of two. N represents metal cation such as Al¬3+, Cr¬3+, Fe¬3+, V¬3+ and Ga¬3+ which are transition metal having valence of three. A represents anionic bio-compounds such NO3¬-, CO3¬2-, Cl¬-, SO4¬2-, meta late and organic acid having a valence of n. 0 0. Charge of the layer can be controlled by changing the ratio of the metal according to X. This complex is non-toxic, reversibly dissociated and stable.

PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic nanohybrid complex for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth containing vitamin C is provided to ensure stability and to slowly release vitamin C. CONSTITUTION: A nanohybrid complex for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth is inserted between a metal salt. The metal salt is layered double hybroxide(LDH) of metal double layer or zinc basic salt(ZBS). The LDH is denoted by structure formula (M^2+_(1-x)N^3+_X(OH)^2)A_X yH^2O. The ZBS is denoted by structural formula Zn_5(OH)_8A nH_2O or Zn_3(OH)_4A_2 nH_2O. A composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains nanohybrid complex as an active ingredient in which vitamin C is inserted between layers. The composition is used in the form of lotion, emulsion, cream, essence, or spray.

CONSTITUTION: A drug carrier with sustained release to drug contains dendritic oligopeptide-grafted cyclotriphosphazene of the chemical formula 1. 본 발명은 난용성 염기형 약물과 층상형 규산염간의 하이브리드 물질에 수용성 염기 폴리머가 첨가된 혼성체의 약학적 조성 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 수용성 고분자로는 아미노알킬메타크릴레이트 공중합체(예를들어, 데구사(Degussa)의 유드라지트 E 100(Eudragit E 100: poly(butyl methacrylate, (2-dimethyl aminoethyl)methacrylate, methyl methacrylate) 1:2:1) 또는 폴리비닐아세탈 디에틸아미노아세테이트(AEA)등을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면 경구용 제제의 원료로 사용되는 유-무기 하이브리드 물질에서의 난용성 약물의 용출률을 단시간 내에 90% 가까이 높여 체내 흡수율에 대한 효율성을 높이는데 유용하다.
